Great for its price!
It's a great entry point for mechanical keyboards plus it's hotswappable so you can use your own switches later down the line.

Perfectly Capable
This is an excellent keyboard! A few custom keycaps to spice up your desk life, flashy RGB (if you're into that), hot swappable switches, reachable home/end/delete keys. What more do you want?!This is my first mechanical keyboard, so not much to compare it to, but I don't think I'll be moving on from this for a while. The red switches are smooth and quiet. I find myself wanting to type all day even after I spend my whole day typing.Just get it. It's worth it.

Insane value for $39
Personally 75% is the sweet spot in terms of size and function. The volume switch is a great feature. I haven't done any mods to the keyboard yet because it's honestly pretty good right out of the box. It sounds and feels good the way it is. If you want a good first mechanical keyboard or one with lots of upgrade potential I can't think of a better place to start especially for $40!

If you are a keyboard modder-- BUY THIS!!!
Starting off, the stock version of this keyboard is just meh, which is why I deducted a star off my initial rating. The switches are kind of garbage. Maybe with a bit of lubing, they will be good to use if you aren't wanting to spend money on new switches.Another thing I would like to add is that I appreciate the seller adding in the artisan key caps. They are actually really good quality and they match the key caps really well.Ok now here is what I did for the mods--1) I added painters tape behind the PCB board2) I put in poly-fil at the bottom of the housing to create sound dampening3) I lubed and clipped the legs of the stabilizers4) I added Leobog Graywood V3 linear switches which I also lubed (these are the BEST switches to buy on a budget. They are $3.50 for a pack of 10)5) Put in new keycaps that have more of a matted feel to themWith all of these mods, I kid you not, the keyboard sounds just as good, if not better, than my $150 keyboard that has stock mods on it.There is minimum disassembly with this keyboard as well, so at most, it takes 5 minutes to get everything taken apart. The RGB lights are also really nice on the board and you can adjust them accordingly to your needs. They even have a light setting where the WASD and arrow keys are the only ones lit up, which I thought was a nice touch.I basically spent $65 all together (minus the keycaps) on EVERYTHING, and I feel like I am using a higher end, expensive keyboard.Modding is time consuming, but its actually fairly simple. If you are new to the keyboard world and want to mess around with upgrades etc., GET THIS KEYBOARD. I will be buying another one if it comes in a different color.

it's so good for your money.
WOW. i am nothing but shocked. this is a really good keyboard if you're trying to get started into building yourself one, just need a good starter keyboard, or if you're looking for that first step in the right direction to getting a good keyboard. i put 4/5 because i have yet to use it for a year, out of the box, first thing i did was plug it in, and test every key to see if anything was broken, nothing was. all the keys worked and so did the knob. FOR 40$ i'll be honest, i just got paid the day of deciding to buy the keyboard and i will 100% admit i am shocked. i took a gamble, shot in the dark with this product and i'm not disappointed. i want them to send me free keyboards now so i can test them, and enjoy them haha. what a good run for my money. i do recommend this keyboard. if you're very experienced in building keyboards and understanding the noise within the keyboard, if there's any stab wobble, etc. not loud, no wobble in stabs, and overall it's just a good keyboard. i have blue and black switches on the way and i'm pretty sure i won't have to update this review or anything like that. good keyboard as of now!

Easy to mod budget keyboard. Stock stabs are fantastic after clipping. Did not use stock switches.
Easy to mod, after clipping and re-lubing the stabs are fantastic. Overall great build, fun to work with. Case is a snap on with 3 snap points that you can easily get to with a small flat head screwdriver. LEDs are north facing but bright and vibrant. Be sure to support the switch plate with a finger from the inner wall of an adjacent empty switch when installing switches.I did the tape mod on the PCB, also did a few layers of tape on the bottom case for dampening, still used the included foam, and did pe foam mod. I clipped cleaned and relubed the stabs with krytox on the housing and dielectric grease on the wires. Finally spray painted the housing.
