Easy to cut, easy to install
The material cuts easily with a utility knife, for a perfect fit over the chimney pipe (I cut 3 times to slowly get the opening wide enough to tightly fit). I installed on a metal roof with sheet metal screws. It was a quick job, and no tarring or caulking.
