It is one of the most comfortable headsets I have ever worn. To the point that I forget it is even on my head half the time. It holds tight enough to stay on your head when you look down at a 60- to 80-degree angle, but the earpiece is so soft that you don't feel any pressure against your ear. And your ear doesn't get hot. The sound quality is excellent. As others have said, the buttons are difficult to feel where they are. But they are spaced out enough that you don't accidentally confuse one for another. I haven't heard anyone complain about the voice quality, and I use them at work, calling into Teams and Zoom meetings, as well as taking business calls in an office, and at home to talk to people on Discord or Steam Chat. The battery life is quite impressive. The company says 20 hours, but I am getting closer to 36-40 hours per charge. As said, I use the same headset at work and at home, and I am prompted to charge it maybe once every week and a half. I have only had it for about 4 months so I will update if anything changes.

Works great on my truck. I even use it to listen to my podcasts on my phone. It's nice because it only blocks one ear, so the other ear is still listening for traffic, etc. I get clear voices while talking on the phone and when I asked the person I was talking to how it sounds, they said it was great. This is my second one. The first one accidentally got washed. Tip: do not wash them. Not waterproof. Lol

Bought this headset in November of 2023. So far: No issues with connectivity. Long lasting battery. Charges fast. Audio clarity is great. Light weight. Highly recommend.

Got this for my mom and it is so good for her while driving

I’ve had this headset for just over a year. It’s worked pretty well until recently. It holds a charge for a long time and connects easily, but, I agree with some of the other reviews about how the buttons are hard to find/feel when you’re wearing the headset. I don’t know what’s going on with it lately, but it keeps disconnecting when I’m in calls, or I can’t connect to it at all. Over the last few weeks it’s become very unreliable, right now I can’t even get the mic to connect. So I’m afraid I’m going to have to find something else. I work from home and I use it every day on teams calls and for the most part it’s been pretty good annd reliable until the last few weeks. People have intermittently expressed that I sound funny or unclear over the last year but overall it was working really well until just recently. I came here today to see if anybody has had any issues with the headset not working and thought I would leave a review a year after my purchase.
