This is a great product if you want to sort and store a month's worth of pills and if you take them three times a day. The system works by date rather than day so if you look at the day of the week and you look at the actual pill sorter you'll know if you took your pills on that date at the right time. I don't lug the whole case around rather I take out one cartridge for that date and set timers when it's time to take my pills and voila there you go - its just that simple. The numbering system over the date system is so much better.It's great for travel too so you can take a month supply of medication with you without actually having to lug around all those pill bottles !!!The case is rather sturdy and beautiful with solid dual zippers - over all well made.The only thing that I would recommend is to make the actual pill cartridges a little sturdier so that the actual cartridge doesn't fall over occasionally when sorting your pills. I would definitely buy again

Love this pill organizer. My sister first ordered one for our mother when she had to start taking medication regularly and on time. I loved it so much and saw how easy it was to organize her medication that I had to have one for myself. No more little pill bags and ziplocks. This organizer has large enough company's that they even hold my Borage Oil or Evening Primrose Capsules ( very large) along with each supply of supplements 3x a day. It's been so easy to see if I missed a dose and I only have to refill once a month. The case is very sturdy and exactly as described.

I purchased this pill organizer hoping it would keep me organized at home and help me when I take my large number of prescription pills on vacation. It is definitely a well-made bag and the plastic pill containers were very nice. However, the pill containers were too small to hold my prescription medication, most of which are larger pills. I take approximately 20 pills a day, and there was no way they could fit in these containers. I did like the fact that I could take individual pill containers with me on a trip, but then they would not be organized in the case, necessitating that I put them in another smaller case or bag to organize the small pill boxes in my carry-on bag. In addition, the entire case with the plastic containers was much heavier than I anticipated and not something that I would want to carry on a flight or keep in checked baggage (never a good idea to check in prescription meds anyway!). This organizer would work great at home or for car travel if you have smaller pills (aspirin sized round or oval pills), but I do not recommend this product for anyone needing to organize a large number of daily pills or large pills, or to take on air travel. While I returned this bag, I purchased another one from this brand that I use at home to organize my pill bottles and I love it. I did not receive any free products or other compensation in return for this honest review.
