Hi, we have DS-7208HUHI-K1 with 8 cameras , looks like everything connected , on the monitor all working fine, downloaded hik-connect android app, working only using local wifi , not working on 3g/4g network. saying device is offline. opened ports on the router still the same , able to login to dvr remotely now with opened ports ,but still no video. 2) on windows chrome or macbook no video,as it say no plugin detected, no matter what if i downloaded and installed plugins which was suggested ....is this device totally useless ???? as have on other premises Reolink and Swann makes , never ever had issues or need to open ports or ddns ....And this was reply :) this means contact no one .....Hello and thank you for your message. Still having trouble with this as it is not easy to set up, doesn't give you all the information on how to set it up and had to go through several YouTube videos before we could even get it showing a picture. Really bad manual, you can't even read the instructions and has lots of TINY black screens as their information details. Most of it is still in the box due to the bad instructions and rubbish videos they link you to. Very disappointed.
