I use these for soup. I make a big batch and then freeze it. After it is frozen I pop each section out into a ziplock bag. It's a great space saver in the freezer. I've put them in the dishwasher and they came out great! I have two different sizes.

I love everything about this product save for one thing: the lids don't quite fit. I use them to freeze homemade soup. Having been diagnosed as diabetic not quite a year ago, the portions are precisely the size I'm supposed to have. The silicon makes it easy to remove each frozen block one at a time by simply pushing up from the bottom until it's fully released. The metal framework allows the molds to set securely in the freezer without twisting or spilling. The lids, even though they don't quite fit (no matter how hard I try, pressing down on the unsealed portion of the lid just forces the other side to open up), means they can be stacked in the freezer immediately upon filling. If only the lids fit properly, this would be a five-star review all around.

I was so excited to get this product . Worked great the first time I used it.After rhe second time in the dishwasher the lid won't stay snapped on. Almost seems that the lid shrunk even though the box states dishwasher safe.

works as advertised. snapping mechanism yo close the lid isn’t perfect, but all an all very happy with the quality of material and design.

I use these a lot. I make my own bone broth and these make it so simple to freeze it and then pop the blocks out and put them in freezer bags. When I need them for a recipe or just to drink, so easy to grab a frozen block. Would totally buy these again if I needed to!

Oh my God I can't say enough good about these. I always cook for an army and it's only me. Always was ending up throwing out leftovers. Now I leave 3 potions out and put the rest into the trays. My coworker asked but it's 1.5 cups do they pop out easy? And the answer is yes! Easier than other molds I have. Also fun fact all 4 cubes frozen poped out of the tray fit in a one gallon zip lock perfectly. Label the bag and grab a portion when wanted. Love love love these trays. I have the red ones and don't have to worry about curry staining them.
