Worked perfectly for my 1st Gen Apple TV.
Worked perfectly for my 1st Gen Apple TV. No setup required and can control Panasonic TV just by using the keys in the instructions. Nice remote. Feels good to use.

Works great on thing is can’t turn volume up have to do that manually.

Works really well.
This is an IR remote so it has to point at the Apple TV, also operates the display TV in usual basic way. Works really well once set up, the instructions in the box are ESSENTIAL and nice and clear. Tv codes didn’t work for my Hi sense TV but it can clone the signal from your existing remote. Very clever.Recommended if you don’t fancy paying £50 plus for the genuine item.

It was OK to start with and then
To start with I was prettty pleased with this remote control until I realised that the hard and very sharp lower front corner was repeatedly and painfully digging into my hand. If it wasn't as cheap and actually didn't work as well as it generally does I'd be sending it back.

Doesn’t work.
The emote arrived. It required two AAA batteries which were not included. The volume and power buttons don’t work. What is the point of a remote that can’t turn tv on/off or change the volume? I’m returning it.

Easier to use than the Apple Siri Remote!
Gor this remote to replace a missing Apple Remote for an Apple TV 4K. One of my real dislikes of the ATV 4K was the remote. The trackpad is horrible to use with any form of accuracy and it really lets down the system. In addition to all that the OEM Siri remote uses one of the 3 Bluetooth connections on the ATV (this is a real factor if you are using it for the cycling app Zwift and need to connect a trainer, heart rate belt and power meter or other sensor. This replacement not only frees up a BT connection but its physical “clicky” buttons and up/down/left/right cursors are much nicer to use. All that for under a tenner!
