Has anyone tried this in oatmeal? How does it taste?

Yes, definitely. I first bought it with the idea to make a simple refreshment with some monk fruit extract which with 5 to 10 minutes preparation makes a very satisfying strawberry "juice" that quenches your thirst without the guilt or spikes in blood sugar. You just have to adjust it to your liking. Well, secondly I thought of flavouring my oatmeal, and so I tried it the other day with a little bit of milk or (milk substitute) and I really loved how it came out. With that in mind, I started thinking of the many ways to use this delicious powder. I would love to use it in baking, as a syrup, in yogurt and many other ways. I believe you will enjoy it in oatmeal. Just experiment how much you want in it to produce the optimal flavour and enjoy!

Manufacturer --Where are the strawberries from used in this product?

This manufacturer cannot be trusted. They never respond to any product inquiries. "Strawberry Powder" is not an ingredient in nature, it likely has some sort of other agents added like maltodextrin.

The bag doesn't say where they are from, only that they are distributed from California. Likely China.

Does this powder contain the seeds from strawberries?

Yes, it does because it is the whole fruit dehydrated and powdered.
