I tried the other Moon Pillow (the one with 6 inches of height and squared corners) and found that one was great for my curly hair but not good for side sleeping. With that one, I kept trying the Sleep Restoration pillow as well to see if I could get better sleep as a Side sleeper despite how much more comfortable the Moon Pillow was. Great, but not perfect. This one is perfect for my side sleeping. The extra 2 inches does indeed translate into more support. However, it feels firmer overall, as though there's a denser base layer upon which the fluffy segments rest. It lacks the pure fluffy puff factor of the square cornered Moon Pillow, but missing that initial floomph experience as my head hits the pillow is a sacrifice I'm willing to make because it's performed so well as a pillow for me as a side sleeper. It's cozy, soft, and supportive - a hard to achieve trifecta for side sleepers. With the other Moon Pillow, I occasionally switched it out with my Sleep Restoration pillow because both kind of had imperfections and I kept trying to compare them for a better sense of which was better/worse. With the Pineapple Moon Pillow, I had no need or urge to try the other ones, beyond a few early checks to compare and confirm that This Is The One. I don't reach for the other pillows unless I'm creating a reading stack for cozy reading time. Well, and when I want to dry my hair into perfect curls - this one just doesn't offer the same crisp definition in my hair as the Moon Pillow. I'm guessing that's because the increased density of the Pineapple doesn't allow for as much air circulation. Like the Moon Pillow, this is made with percale cotton which means it crinkles and crackles a bit. It's not plastic, it's a mark of quality materials (percale sheets are fantastic in the summer!), and I'm glad the manufacturer hasn't cut corners here. I recommend using pillow cases with a design on one side so you're not left groping the pillow inside a single color case trying to figure out which side has the loaves and which is the firmer bottom. You can use this without a pillow case, but I personally prefer to go between washing the actual pillow as long as possible so pillow cases are a must. As always, the human body contains myriad micro differences: I've found that this pillow fits the curve of my neck and shoulder almost perfectly for the way I sleep, but YMMV. I would generally suggest trying the square corner Moon Pillow first if you're not a side sleeper needing the extra support, as the floomph factor is superior in that one.

LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! I had to return my expensive LL Bean feather pillow and bought this one to replace it. It was the best decision I made! It surpassed the more expensive feather pillow that I had,and is so much more comfortable. I even ordered a second one for my husband. He also loves it as well! The little pockets on one side are so soft and hug your face when you lay on it. I thought it might bother me, but I was wrong. I don't toss and turn at night anymore. I've had it for at least a week or so. I almost want to get another one just for when Im in bed watching TV and sitting up right. I highly recommend this pillow! You have to fluff it up in the dryer right?When you get it.

I have been on a search for a pillow for my side sleeping. It doesn’t help that I don’t entirely know what kind of pillow I like. This has been a journey and learning experience. I wasn’t sure if I liked a plush pillow but this looked comfy to me. The first night I felt like it was too flat. I wasn't very happy and put it on top of another pillow. I gave it a try the second night and liked it better. Then I overslept the next morning. Wow! I was knocked out. Next day I felt optimistic. Slept well and woke up with my neck and shoulders feeling better. Used it a few nights more and I was convinced. I ordered a second one so I could rotate them and have my bed looking organized. I realize now that while I thought it was fully proofed up the first night, it wasn’t. My week old one is much poofier than the newly unpacked one. Give these a day or two to floof up before you decide. I do find my face sinks in a bit. And the pillow is around my face a little. This doesn’t bother me personally but if you are used to a firm pillow this could be weird. Also regarding the crinkling - this doesn’t bother me either. It makes the noise I expect it to make. Good percale cotton is known for being smooth and crisp. That’s exactly what these are. Very smooth, thick, crisp cotton.

This 'YOUR MOON' pillow is definitely comfortable with a plush feel that makes it enjoyable to sleep on. It does make some crinkly noises when you put pressure on it or move your head, but after a few weeks, I’ve gotten used to it. The pillow in the picture looks fuller than it does in person, which might be disappointing if you're expecting an exact match. However, since I use a pillowcase, this isn’t much of an issue for me. Overall, I’m satisfied—it’s a comfortable pillow, just as I needed.

I really love this pillow! It has this light, crinkly sound that’s oddly satisfying, and it’s super fluffy without feeling heavy. One thing I learned quickly is that using two of them together is way too high for me — but pairing one with a thinner pillow is absolute perfection. Great support, great feel, and honestly one of the coziest pillows I’ve tried. Highly recommend! I’ve used this pillow for over a week when wrote this.

I got this in the queen size a year before and LOVED IT. We upsized on the bed so I needed a bigger pillow and was a bit disappointed. This is nice and soft like the smaller one, but it is flat in comparison. So sad, I really loved the first one I got, but this one is too flat so it didn't give the same support as the queen size. I tried putting it into a smaller, zip-up pillow case to see if it would keep its shape but no luck. I ended up using the smaller one on the big bed while I shopped around for a replacement.

It is finally the most comfortable pillow I have ever had. It stopped my really bad neck pain. It's great to lean back on while watching TV but it works excellent for a flat head pillow.

This pillow is so comfortable I ordered another one. It is soft but refluffs itself as soon as you change positions. It molds nicely around your head. I have tried many pillows, some very expensive, and this beats them all. I hope it lasts many years.

They look great but I never recieved them.
