MUCH better than stock
I drive an NB2 Miata. The shift boots on these are a very hard leather, and I've gone through a few OEM replacements that all ended with the same fate. I finally decided I wanted to upgrade to something with a much nicer feel, and got this. I absolutely love this shift boot. I've been daily driving with this boot for about 2 weeks now, and I LOVE it. I have a short shifter in my car, so I had to trim a massive amount of material off of this boot, and because of the shape of my shifter, I also had to remove the chrome ring on top, but all of that was VERY easily done. Just use some scissors to cut off excess material, and remove the zip tie holding in the chrome ring, and then feed the top of the boot inside of itself to clean up the look a bit, and boom! Miata's transmission get very hot, and the heat radiates a lot through the boot, however, with this boot, it seems to block out a bit of the heat. It still gets warm, don't get me wrong, but it's definitely blocking the heat better than the OEM boot! HIGHLY recommend. Very Cheap, Very Good Quality, and it LOOKS AMAZING!

Amazon said this would fit my 06 TJ, but the diameter is too small for the frame inside the console.

With a little effort, it's good
Got this for my 2011 JKU, and it has its pros and cons. Pros: decent quality, nice look, red seams match my Jeep. Cons: it is like a felt, so it collects dust and dirt like it's going out of style; due to the fabric, slides down the shifter post and does not stay standing up like the photo; slightly undersized around the base, so I had to superglue it to the underside of the shift cover to be able to put the console together without the boot slipping off. It was some work getting it in the way it needed to be, but I am more satisfied than not with it.

Poorly Made. Not worth it.
It was really poor made and bad quality. As you can see the zip tie is the only thing holding it together. It said it would fit my car but it didn’t DONT BUY!!!

Works fine
Bought 3 within the last week to change my shifter and ebreak boots, material feels durable enough and stitching is consistent across all 3, and definitely picks up any cat hair or lint that comes within 1yd, for all those saying its low quality….. you get what you pay for.
