Trying to find a planter for this, can someone help me out & let me know what size to look for so it fits?

If you want your space to look high end, I recommend a large planter, you can add books, boxes or old towels to fill out the planter. After that, at the top, add some fake moss and it’ll look very sophisticated.

Question 2

My tree came damaged. I would like a refund. When can I expect it?

Mine was received broke in three places and to make matters more frustrating, amazon is refusing to post my review. In order to receive a refund you must return the tree (which, given the condition mine was in and packaging issues - was impossible). The actual company was of no help as they told me I had to work it out with Amazon. Definitely discourages me from ever purchasing from this seller again.

Question 3

I ordered this tree almost a month ago and still have not received it.  Anybody else experience delays getting their tree?

I ordered 2 feb 17th and I have not received. The date keeps getting pushed back. I also keep getting email to see if I want to cancel. I bought these for 107.00 each and now they are 230.00 each. I’m sticking to my order even though I’m sure they want me to cancel so they can sell at more than double price due to high demand.

Question 4

Says it can’t be delivered to my location...I live in a suburb of Denver, in a house in a neighborhood...any reason it can’t be delivered?

Just happened to me as well (today!). I was lucky to meet the USPS postman outside. He said that the box does not fit in his USPS van (box is 8-9 feet long) so we have to go pick it up from the post office. The thing is, I doubt it will fit in our sedan. I'll have to remove the packaging or something to try fit it in. Seller if you see this- send large packages through the big Amazon trucks! If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't have bought this online. What a hassle.
