Oster2-Slice Toaster and Belgian Waffle Maker Bundle

I don't usually get excited about appliances, but this sure brought a smile to my face. The price is fair, the service in receiving it was the usual good Amazon experience. Now about the toaster. It's flat out pretty. The design is like nothing else out there. It's super easy to use. It toasts beautifully be it a slice of bread or a bagel. Several people have mentioned that the face panel is pale. I've had no problem seeing it. Also, after a few days, you know where the setting is that you want so you don't even have to look for it. Also, I love the feature that allows me to see how much toasting time is left. Your toast pops up when done and you can easily lift the lever to raise it high enough not to burn your fingers when taking it out of the toaster. I did go ahead and buy the extended warranty. The price spread over a 3 year period is cheap insurance that the toaster is covered. This was an excellent choice. If you buy this toaster, you'll keep it.

I really like this toaster it’s modern and has a roll cool factor to it. It is nice and even and fast and we like the feature you can see how much time is remaining by the countdown bars the quality of the toaster seems to be very high-end I hope this helps you.Sincerely,Big Wave Dave

I was a little hesitant on buying this one after reading the reviews. Some reviewers stated that the toaster didn't work. Some said that the toaster gave off a bad smell when they used it. When I got mine, I followed the instructions and first used the toaster without anything in it. The slight smell went away in less than a minute. Then I tried it on 3 with bread in it. No smell and perfect toast. I loved the automatic shut off if I don't toast anymore bread in about 2 minutes. It's looks sleek, modern and easy to clean. I have had it a little over a month now and have no problems with it. I love it!!

I have purchased several toasters over the past few months in an attempt to find one that evenly toasts on both sides of the bread. I accidentally discovered this on cyber Monday and decided to give it a try after seeing all the positive reviews. When it arrived I immediately plugged it in and ran it without bread to eliminate any odors. I was so happy to see that ALL the elements were working perfectly which means EVEN toasting. Then I put in some bread and started to experiment with the browning levels. I use level 4 the most. So far I have used regular bread, English muffins and bagels. My only issue is that the bagel function doesn’t work. It toasts on both sides not just the cut side of the bagel So only 4 stars instead of Five for that reason. But otherwise I LOVE this toaster! It is absolutely beautiful and blends well with my other appliances The features I really appreciate are the quick check lever and the countdown button. The controls on my toaster are well illuminated and easy to see. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great toaster.

Despite the box being partly destroyed in Prime shipping, the toaster was in perfect condition and works as it should. Yes, some of the lights are a little dim on the readout, but if you have it on a countertop and under some cabinets, you probably will have no problems at all. Anyway, most are just going to use it for toast, and the lights indicating toasting progress are brighter. It remembers your last setting if you leave it plugged in, and defaults to a reasonable "4" darkness when unplugged. The only ding I give it is that the handle on the lever for lowering the toast is just chromed plastic, like my old model cars, and looks pretty cheap. Toasting performance is very good and consistent. Too early to tell about longevity.

I love this toaster and all of its different settings. I like the sleek look of it and the crumb trays are easy to clean. Worth the money IMO.

Very attractive toaster and functions well. I've made toast, bagels, and waffles in it and everything came out perfectly. The "lift" function works great so I can grab items out of the toaster without using tongs or burning my fingers. Love the visual showing how much time is left. Highly recommend!!

I must admit, the beautiful and well executed Oster toasters (2 or 4 slices models), are now operational in my mini-kitchen.Indeed, great interface (with fingers) to adjust your preferred toast settings...

It caught on fire once, didn’t toast properly and stopped working after about a month. I enjoyed the buttons though for the short time I had it.

Totalement inconscient de vendre un produit non adapté pour le réseau électrique Français.Aucunes informations sur le descriptif et caractéristiques de l’appareil concernant la tension d’utilisation qui est de 120v.Ce n’est que lorsque vous avez déballé l'appareil que vous voyez que la fiche n’est pas adapté aux prises Française.J’ai lu certain commentaire ou une personne à mis un adaptateur, mais à réussi à foutre le feu au grille pain.Cela est normal puisqu’il a injecté du 230v sur un récepteur fonctionnant en 120vMais pourquoi vendre un appareil qui n’est pas adapté et de plus dangereux sur le site de Amazon.fr

So far we like the toaster, even toasting on both sides and easy to use. Hate the bagel feature, it toasts both sides 😔. Not sure why they even have it as a feature. Love the lift and look feature though. Very handy.
