Customer service
Received the bed with damage to the wood. Directions are confusing and took hours to build. Reached out to the sellers within hours they replied back. They provided the greatest customer service and resolved the issue promptly. This is the 1st time I’ve had from a third party seller with the greatest customer service and quick to resolve the problem. Once the bed was built, it is very sturdy and the kids love it. Would purchase from this company again.

Solid Bed long assembly
Pretty well built. Everything fit together well. My daughter loves it. But put some time aside to put this thing together. Recommend having a drill with the allen bit. Basic directions with not a lot of detail which is fine for most of it until you get to the self steps.

Sturdy and nice .. but difficult to assemble and slide too steep
Good bed but staircase is really big job to assemble and the slide is too steep and seems dangerous.. should provide more landing support or way to reduce the slide angle.
