Already used two packets and did the job
The product works fine and is great to sotre in the car or first aid box. The beauty of course is no fridge needed.The only thing you have to be aware of is quite a bit of force is required to pop the inner bag to cause the cooling effect to happen.

Does what it promises
After twisting my knee then compensating with my other hip, I was in great pain. I used a cold compress but it wasn't easy or comfortable to wear while walking around - especially at the shops. However, these pads are so easy and unnoticeable to wear, they have meant I can happily get about.
