Good subtle taste
In my photo you can see the difference between the brown and ivory teff. I previously bought the brown which has a stronger flavor so decided to try the ivory. I really enjoyed it. I feel it’s more versatile and my kids won’t notice when mixed with quinoa or millet blends 😉 Overall product is very nice and I like the taste.

Love it!!
This is one of the o my foods I can have in my diet right now due to breast feeding a baby with multiple intolerances. I make chocolate chip pancakes with it using plant milk, maple syrup, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt and they are so yummy!!!

I didn’t like it and here’s why.
I love alternative grains, and I am quite creative in the kitchen; however, I did not enjoy this product. The grain is the size of a head of a pin, at most. This means it is not easy to work with. It didn’t cook up into anything fluffy and appealing, but rather something thicker. Amaranth grain is like that, thick and sticky, which is why I often choose to use amaranth as a flour.

Very tiny grain, mild flavor.
It' s really tiny grain, recipes for uses will need to be researched, just boiling this isn't appealing way to serve it. Creativity required to capture healthy benefits of this product.

Delicious grain
I made it as farina…it tastes as farina but more delicious and richer flavor. Thumb up!
