It claims hasn't done anything for me. Wouldn't repurchase.

Too early for a review of the actual product, however I do have a tip for usage. If you are using this for The Prime tea, add it yo the boiling water along with the other spices. I know the book says to just stir it in the tea, but it tastes like tea with beach sand. If you boil all ingredients together, it turns a beautiful red, is tasteless and no sand - mouth. Your pan will need scrubbing out with a bristle brush and soap so maybe use a special pan for this tea only.

I was very skeptical about this, because I've ordered these natural health supplements before that didn't live up to the hype. This one actually has helped me a lot. I didn't even realize this would help with blood pressure until going to the doctors after about two weeks of taking a heaping tsp a day. My blood pressure was lower than its ever been. Then I started looking online for info about this stuff and bp. It's claimed that it does help maintain a healthy blood pressure. I purchased this to help with pms symptoms, and I do feel it helped with that as well.

Flavor is subtle, not hard to mask in a smoothie...good blood purifier.

Using it with CCF tea. Feel it helps with bloating. I strain the tea anyway because of the CCF seeds. Using it alone in a tea, I'm not sure whether you should keep it stirred or let it settle and then filter off.

I add this product to my smoothies, and I feel it really helps with the bloat. It seems fresh and a very fine powder.

I have ordered Manjistha before (from a different company), and I loved it...this is why I ordered some again, but I left the residue of the powder on my white porcelain dishes and it left a red dye that won’t come off...I used a scouring pad too...what is in this brands that would turn my dishes red and won’t wash out?

It leaves red stains. I know that it can be used in dye but i think this is something else, but what effect it will be on the body if we are consuming it
