These ankle straps are very comfortable and fit securely during workouts. The padding is soft, but still feels strong and durable, even when using heavier weights. They stay in place and don’t dig into the skin, which makes leg and glute exercises much more comfortable. Great quality and definitely a good addition to my gym routine.

I’ve been wanting a pair of these for a long while now. I got these mainly for the foot strap at the bottom. They are very well-made and sturdy. The D rings are thick and solid. The vehicle straps are strong and easy to adjust. The straps were very comfortable and I was able to get a great fit quickly. It was incredibly easy to hook them up to the cable machine and I was able to get a good pull for glute activation. The strap under my foot, aided in stability, preventing them from sliding up my leg or punching my leggings. These have a permanent place in my gym bag, and I look forward to using them for the foreseeable future.

I've been using this for quite some time now and it's cheap and gets the job done. I don't really use the second strap that goes under your shoes, I don't think it's necessary for the workouts I do but it's a cool feature.

These work great. They are very sturdy and comfortable. They give me a better range of motion and control on the cables. They seem like they will last a long time.

So far so good. Finally got to use this today. It is simple to use. I don’t have a pulley system at home so I am connecting it to tubes and to my treadmill. It helps me get more leg exercises in at home. I am sure I will continue to figure out even more effective ways until I buy a power cage. It is a good value for your money. These are solid.

I have been using these for about a year and there are no complaints with durability or design. The Velcro closures are still as serviceable as day one and I have found no degradation with the form of the strap. The following is just a recommendation and is no fault of the strap design. I have discovered that the straps work better with a training shoe that has a heel cut as opposed to a flat soled shoe. Flat soles cause the "under foot" strap to slide off. I highly recommend these ankle straps for a durable and comfortable leg workout.

Absolutely love this ankle strap. Wish it could down size a little more but overall it’s great!!
