They arrived on time and looked very nice. The only concern was they were not shipped in a box, but rather they were encased in styrofoam and then placed in the grey mailer that Amazon uses. When I opened the mailer and pulled the styrofoam out, it actually opened up. If I hadn't opened it up on my lap, they may have broken if they had hit a hard surface. There was no tape on the styrofoam to keep it closed. But I was very satisfied with the flutes and the engraving.

I just got my glasses in today. They are beautifully made. The writing is etched into the glass and does not sit on top. The customization process was easy and it was a great price. The shipping was also very fast. The glasses came in a beautiful box bubble wrapped so they didn’t break while shipping. They are going to be perfect for my wedding! I highly recommend ordering these.

Just received my order of the glasses. The engraving is so poorly done, there are blank spots throughout. Save your money and order elsewhere. This is a waste of money. Honestly, I don't know how this got so many great reviews. That is what I based my purchase on. I was going to gift the glasses to my daughter for her wedding day. Too embarrassed to give her something that looks so bad. Buyer beware!
