Product description was confusing... Needed a device having both speaker and microphone, but upon delivery , realised it has only mic and no speaker. Worst, it is non returnable..Struggling to get on to customer service to arrange return....

It is easy installation as soon as you plug it in the laptop. The call quality is also good but the volume is a little low and when you have the fan at max speed it is a little difficult to hear and for the person on the other side to hear what you are saying. Also as this is a microphone a mute button would have been nice feature.

It is not a speaker or Speakerphone, it is a condenser microphone. When i unboxed this, i was amazed by built quality of this mic. This is the kind of mic which has the potential to sound amazing with a little bit of EQ and proper room acoustics. I've had it for a while now and I can say the first time I recorded my vocals on it I was overjoyed at the fact that what I wanted was what I got.Value for money. For professional beginners. Sound quality is great. And most amazing part is the noise cancellation ability of this mic. This doesn't not pick up small sounds frm surrounding area unless it's a little high noise.
