Q: will these pair with a bluetooth tv?

As long as your TV sees them in it's Bluetooth setup process then, yes.

Q: can you use these while wearing glasses? Do the temple pieces of the eyeglasses interfere with the operation or the fit if the hearing aid?

I am having a problem yet with them fitting with my eyeglasses. They seem to ride a little on top and beside and are still quite stable.

Q: What's the difference between this 'standard' All Day Clear model, and the All Day Clear Slim model?

The part of the Slim All-Day Clear that goes into the ear canal has a dark part that will show up when it is in your ear. As far as I could tell that is the major difference. I don't notice the part that goes behind the ear on the ones my son-in-law has, so the fact that the All-day Clear being larger doesn't seem to really make a difference.
