Bought 2, the test liquid pouch was broken upon arrival from shipping. Advised the company and they immediately sent replacements. Easy to follow directions, worked perfect. With fentanyl so much in the news, best to be safe to ensure what you think you have.

This product did not work correctly. The right side strip was unable to fully deploy into the pouch. After I depressed the ampoules, some broken glass, or plastic from the inside, fell into the bottom side and obstructed the strip from fully inserting/becoming wet. This rendered the test invalid. When I tried to contact the company, they offered me a return with a refund, only if I drop off the broken used test at Whole Foods. This seems unsafe and hazardous to any workers who need to handle it as the test is now open and contains chemicals. I should be able to receive a refund Simply with my images. I don’t understand the reason why the manufacturer would request for open chemicals to be returned to Amazon, where they will be handled by any number of workers, putting the workers at risk of exposure. The directions indicate wearing gloves while handling. Note my last picture shows after I removed the strip, which would not depressed fully. You can see the small particles of glass on the strip.This was a waste of money in time and increase the frustration. I’ve already experienced at what I found in my home.

My test had no reaction but after sitting it changed colors so I got nervous. But the customer support was great they answered my questions right away and let me know that happens over time because of oxidation. I was so relieved after that!

Kit works well! It was accurate for what we needed it for. The only complaint and one that has been mentioned already is the kit came to us broken in shipment. They do nothing to protect the test kit but a flimsy poly bag. However, they replaced it and sent another right away! Good product

Pay close attention to the time window stated on this product. When I used it, it determined that the substance I suspected was present on some of the items at my home, and I am fine with the test accuracy, but, you need to not evaluate the results beyond the time allowed for the test, as the acid will show positive after the time has expired, so, it's crucial to look at the results when it says to on the test. It's been a while since I've used them, but I believe it says to allow 3 minutes for an accurate reading. I've also tested items that I was aware of having a substance on it, and the test showed an accurate reading of positive, so I know they do what they are designed to do.

It came broken (the right side had a gross, sticky, and dangerous-looking murky brown mud in it that completely made it unusable) but the left side still worked for what we needed it for, and served its purpose. To specify, the app is NOT necessary and you can do all of it with JUST the kit. The instructions are extremely clear and there is almost no room for mistake, except it lacked a bold mention that the kit needs to be finished very quickly or else the results won't be accurate. Overall, be careful because getting duds are very possible. But it does the job it needs to at a valuable price.
