The pillow is comfortable, but use it with caution if you have spondylosis or neck pain. The pain may return and worsen.

The size fits perfectly around my neck as well. The best part is that you can remove the neck-rest cover and wash it separately. It's a good value for money buy. The eye cover and the neck-rest are both super soft and seem durable. I washed both and there is no color fade or damage to the product
