I wanted to reuse the small dessert jars from Costco, but they don’t come with durable, reusable lids. Since the jars hold 1/2 cup, they’re the perfect serving size for my homemade L. Reuteri yogurt. These silicone lids work great! After reading reviews, I chose the 2-inch size, even though the jars are 2.25 inches, and they fit perfectly. The lids that originally come with the jars are flimsy and melted when I tried to sanitize them, so I’m glad I got these silicone ones instead. They held up in the dishwasher on the top most rack.

These are ridiculously small and not stretchy enough to be useful for most of my items/bottles, returned for the large set which is still not stretchy but at least provides coverage for some things

I have multiple pure bare copper water bottles. the reason I have multiple copper water bottles, is because the copper lids are made of two pieces pressed together with solder/braising and eventually, the lids pieces would loosen making it darn near impossible to remove a tightly sealed lid or tighten a lid to keep it from leaking. i love the sweet water a copper vessel produces, but could not keep a lid operational formore than a month. then, i found these tiny stretch lids for bottles! they seal my copper bottles. no leaking. bottles are now back in use!

These lids work well on small size bottles to replace the original lid. Easy to put on as long as the bottle and your hands are not wet. Learned that the hard way. Don't think they would seal well enough to use if the bottle will be laying on it's side.
