Good well insulated copper strand cable with tracer on one core
In my opinion, as someone wh has worked in electrical engineering, this cable is suitable for mains voltage as well as low voltages, such as 12, 24v AC/DC. The issue is not so much the voltage as the current that a conductor can supply, and I would definitely say that a restricting current is what matters in most cases. This cable has good insulation and multiple copper strands making it suitable for flexible installations, tacking to wood framework, etc. It would of course be useful for car electrics, again with low current applications, such as LED lighting, speaker connections, etc.The cable is traced, so +tive and -tive can be determined by the small ribs that can be seen on the insulation on one core. This will be important for DC and speaker polarity applications. The cable comes on a neat plastic reel and with 2 x push down connectors. I don't really find these very useful and a bit of a gimmickPrice wise, this is a good buy. The key to safe applications is to keep the current load down to about 5amps or below, whatever your voltage may be.

Nice!
The media could not be loaded. Nice Low Voltage Landscape Lighting WireI got it for conceding my security light in the backdoorThe wire arrived in a sealed bag with a 2 x (2 pin Conductor), which makes the connection easier.the wire did the job perfectly with no issues.Very happy!

Decent cable that is easy to work with since it bends quite easily...
This cable comes on a reel and is easy to unwind without it tangling like some wrapped wiring can do. It is very flexible which makes it easy to fix to corners. It has a black PVC jacket which makes it a little easier to blend in with a garden and both the positive and negative are black, so you need to double check that you are connecting up the correct wires on the other end of the cable. This cable is ideal for low power applications such as LED lighting and is suitable for outdoor application. It can be directly buried but offers no protection against a spade going through it when digging the garden so if you do bury it, make sure it is out of the way from anywhere you would dig the garden up as a sharp spade would go straight through it.A decent 18-gauge wire for low power applications…

This is SPT-1 grade cable, not great for landscaping
For landscaping projects you need SPT-2 or better SPT-2W, but this one is cheaper SPT-1 type. Search on the net what those grades mean.

Very Handy for Low Voltage Projects
If you need some decent wire for a project which uses a low voltage, this is great. You get over 15m which is plenty for my use as I mainly use it for smaller projects although if you were using it to light a garden or something, you wold probably need a couple of rolls. The wire is good quality and easy to work with. It is 2 cores with the 2 wires next to each other and they come apart nicely if you pull at them allowing you to separate them for easier connection. The wire inside is nice and thick so should be able to easily handle the power requirements of lighting. Each wire is coated in a nice, thick insulation which is easy to remove using a pair of wire strippers. The wire came nicely coiled on a spool which makes it easy to store. Overall, I would recommend it.

Good quality copper multi stranded cable for low voltage circuit's
This cable is pure copper multistranded cores rather than the cheaper ACC (aluminium clad conductor), so far superior in quality. The insulation is of a thicker, denser plastic than most an as such will be more resilient for "in-ground" use externally affording resistance to damage from stones, roots etc.The thick insulation makes it a little difficult to strip, but a sharp knife, care and patience deals with the task.Wago style connectors are supplied, no use for in-ground connections such as my task (I use pre soldered crimp heatsleeve bullet connectors for this), but theie usefullness means that they will inevitably be utilised for other wiring tasks. This lov voltage cable will be utilised in my forthcoming garden path lighting project, I have confidence of its suitability and longevity for this task.£14.99 for a 15metre roll at the time of writing my review, so £1 a metre. A little more expensive than others but the quality and perceived longevity suggest good value.
