Probably the best $200ish chair you can get new.
Chair is very easy to assemble, especially compared to some options in the next price tier down, about $150.Seat is very comfortable for me, I am 5'7" 150lbs and its just the right amount of firmness.Lumbar support is probably the weakest point. It is dense and a tad too thick for me I think but its close. The adjust-ability on my unit has some clicks for specific settings on one side but the other slides freely making it tricky to adjust while sitting in. after about a week of use I was able to find a good spot for it.Head is also very comfy with a thick cushion and a nice gentle curve in its shape. All the adjust-ability point are great and the tilt limit function and tension adjustment is A-class in ease of use. Seat depth is a nice option at this price too.Overall I looked for chairs for weeks and even was trying to snipe a Aeron or Leap v2 used but ultimately decided to get this after trying out a cheaper $150 all mesh chair. Great value with this chair.

Solid chair, will work for shorter people, leans way back!
UPDATE AFTER 1.5 YEARS:I added a star, making my rating 5 stars instead of 4. This chair is working as well as the day I put it together. Nothing is starting to rattle, fall apart, squeak, loosen, sag, rip etc. It's exactly how it was a year and a half ago when I got it. And I sit in it for hours daily. Rock solid.Original review:I've owned and have used this chair for about 3 weeks now. Overall, it's a very well made and comfortable chair. I would say the very few issues I have are minor. It seems quite solidly made and feels assuredly sturdy to sit in. There are no squeaks or flimsy parts or anything that seems like it's likely to break anytime soon. The seat cushion chassis is made of metal, not plastic. That's reassuring.I'll run through some specifics:- The plastic parts are made of notably tough, well-made, quality plastic- The mesh feels well made, durable and comfortable.- The seat cushion material is equally durable. And most importantly, the seat itself is comfortable. I appreciate the 'waterfall' edge which is comfortable for your thighs. Its ability to slide back or forward helps lock in the best position.- The adjustable lumbar support moves easily and gives you subtle but noticeable support for your lower back- The headrest (which FYI comes in a separate shipment!) is solid and comfortable. My only complaint is that it seems a tad too easy to rotate. I wish there was more resistance, or that you could lock its position. If you rotate it out and lean your head into it with much force, it will push the headrest back.- The armrest adjustments are very helpful. My complaint with them is that they are very firm. Your elbows might feel a little tender at the end of the day.- The chair can lean very far back. I love this! Especially with the headrest, you can definitely kick back. My only very minor complaint here is that I wish you could adjust the resistance for leaning back to even less than the lowest setting allows. I've rotated the knob all the way open, and it's still just a tad too much resistance to lean back. Minor quibble- This chair will work great for shorter people. I'm 5'6" and even at its highest, it doesn't seem all that high. At its lowest, my feet are squarely on the ground. I'm actually a little surprised by this. If I was 6' or so, would this chair be too short? After 3 weeks use, I really have no complaints. I've never owned a really expensive chair and wonder if they're worth 5x the cost? This one seems totally solid and high quality. I also bought the Clatina rollerblade style wheels to replace the stock casters. They're super smooth and raise the chair by a little bit overall. Recommended, especially if you're on carpet. One note on assembly - like others have mentioned, I did find the seat back assembly a bit difficult. You are required to slide the seat back into two pieces of plastic connected to each armrest. The trick is to slide each side in equally and at the same time. It's a very tight fit. If you slide in one side more than the other, it will probably be impossible to fully slide in. Even doing it my way, it was almost impossible at the end. Thankfully I was able to get the seat back slid in almost all the way, and then the screws used to secure it also worked to pull the seat back all the way in.

Unwilling to honor their warranty.
I recently purchased this chair in 2022, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The chair I received developed a significant flaw in its design, with the base becoming damaged and the cylinder started touching the floor after two years of normal use. When I reached out to the company for assistance, I was initially hopeful that they would honor their warranty and provide a resolution. However, despite multiple attempts to address the issue with replacement parts, the problem persists. At one point, they suggested I get a saw to remove the base and put the new base on, which is not an acceptable resolution for obvious reasons. The communication from the company has been inconsistent and unhelpful. Despite my clear explanation of the issue and my request for a refund, I was repeatedly offered replacement parts that did not address the underlying problem. We were messaging back and forth from Feb 22 to March 3rd, where they claimed my issue doesn't fall under warranty. However, the warranty covers products or components found to be defective in original materials and workmanship within five (5) years from the date of original purchase. My chair is within the five-year warranty period. The warranty explicitly states that it covers defects in materials and workmanship, which aligns with the issue I'm experiencing with the chair's base. The warranty does not exclude coverage based on the length of ownership or usage, as long as the issue falls within the specified warranty period and is not excluded by the terms listed under 'This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to.' Given this information, it appears that I should qualify for repair, replacement, refund, or credit for the affected product as per the terms of the warranty. This makes their suggestion to forcefully disassemble the chair using tools not only impractical but also unacceptable. Even with this said, they kept insisting on sending me a replacement base, after already sending me a replacement base and me being unable to get the base off the chair due to the cylinder being stuck. Basically, my messages were not actually being read and understood, which is what you can look forward to dealing with if you ever have to contact this company for anything. Additionally, when I raised concerns about the impracticality and potential damage of their suggested solutions, I received dismissive responses and was at one point told to watch a YouTube video. I can't stress enough that the lack of a YouTube video is really not the reason I didn't want to get a saw out and try to break the base off a faulty chair that's under warranty.I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be informed and will purchase a chair somewhere else

Excellent quality and easy af to assemble
pros:-assembly was a breeze and this is coming from a guy who normally struggles with the simplest of furniture builds-very sturdy and made out of quality materials that feel like they should be a part of a much more expensive chair-very comfortable for very long periods of time. I can game in this all night long and my back and butt still feel just fine when I finally decide to call it a night-looks cool, what more can I say?cons:-This one's my fault but, I got the version without a head rest and regretted it, thankfully all I gotta do to make this right is order the headrest and snap it onto the chairconclusion:-This is a great chair that could easily be priced higher if they wanted to and still sell. If you're trying to find the right office chair for yourself, no need to keep looking because I'm telling you that this is the one. Just make sure you get the head rest, especially if you like to lean back!

Decent for the Cost
As other reviewers noted the back of the chair slides into the support for the bottom and it does not slide easily down all the way. I had to use considerable force pushing from the top of the back down into the chair to get most of the way and then was able to use the bottom screw to torque it down and pull the back of the chair down fully into place. This seems a bit excessive but live and learn. The chair feels comfortable and I like the lumbar support, though I am 6'3" and 214lbs.So if you are short this may be an issue (others noted removing the support all together). The chair does seem especially wide with the armrests being far apart. Because it is wide it may not be suitable if you need a smaller chair to tuck under a desk.Pros:ComfortableGreat lower back support (if you are tall)Cost (cheaper than my premium name brand $800 office chair)Cons:Difficult to assembleExtra wide (seems appropriate if you are an especially wide person)
