Have been using these for a while now. Fantastic value for money. I've ordered quite a few, never had any fail, never had any turn up not working. Read and write speeds comparable to the better branded ones. I suspect these don't have Dram so best to use them in applications where you won't be filling them to the brim, I. E. Buy the storage capacity double of what you think you'll need to keep the read and write speeds up. Packaging is simple, good value for money, easy to install as any ssd.

I was looking for an external hard drive for my PS4 as my built-in drive (500gb) is full and I couldn't update my games. I was originally going to go for an external 1TB (disc) hard drive, but then found this 480GB SSD for roughly the same price, although only half the space I know but it would still be plenty (double from my original 500GB) for my needs and I wanted to go with the SSD for faster game loading times. I bought it along with an SSD to USB adapter (this one if you need one too B011M8YACM), plugged it into my PS4, formatted the drive, moved a couple of my most played games over to it (for the faster loading) and now happy days - my favourite games load a lot quicker, are smoother to play and I have lots of free space for future updates and games. Now I have the best of both worlds with more storage and faster gaming!

I have been replacing the hard discs in our laptops at home to SSDs recently. I had been using Crucial 500GB ones and they worked really well with boot up times reduced to not much over 10-15 seconds. Wanted to do my older spare computer and came across this item. At 480GB it is slightly smaller than my other ones but at 30% cheaper than the Crucial, I thought I would give it a go. Came packaged as expected, looks and feels solid enough. Installed and plugged in as normal and setup the computer (migrating/reinstalling the operating system etc). Boots up and works just as fast compared to my other SSDs. Perfect. As it’s a SSD it should last a long while as there is no moving parts. Am happy with this and would recommend to you.

Purchased this SSD to run the boot system on my PS4 Pro and store a couple of key games. I pulled the existing 2TB drive out and hooked up by USB3.0 to act as a game drive for those games I play less frequently. The drive fitted well and was easily installed to the PS4 Pro and speeds are generally much improved, the drive is obviously from an unknown organisation I mean I’m not even sure I can pronounce the manufacturer, as such I’m hoping that it stands up well; so far so good though.

Purchased the SUNBOW X3 480GB to use with Ravpower WD009 and POSUGEAR 2.5 case it works perfect when connected to the pc and also the Ravpower for SD card backup. works perfect out the box as for durability time will tell, but so far very impressed. when first used I thought it wasnt working as being used to an old seagate drive that sounds like a bag of spanners in a washing machine the silence is rather strange. For the price you cant go wrong no need to pay crazy amounts for samsung drives this is just as good for the fraction of the price, maybe in a pc or laptop then maybe there is going to be issue between the Sunbow and the Samsung but for my needs as a way to travel and backup the SD catds form my DSLR its perfect. would recommend if you need a SSD.

As an IT expert of 25 years I have to say these drives are fantastic. Do not be put off by the name.. These drives are as good as twice the price branded drives. This is my second drive purchase from TCSUNBOW which have breathed a new lease of life in to my kids laptops! Benchmark results on the 480 is actually better than my main system Samsung 860 Evo SSD drive! Go ahead.. Ignore the lesser brand name and buy these drives - excellent quality, speed, reliability. I'll be buying the 1tb version for my main system very soon 👍

While a decent ssd for a cheap upgrade. The sata connector on the product was used once and came off with the cable, revealing the pins only to connect, this means I am stuck with the cable with the broken connector,hoping it doesn't break otherwise ssd is gone too. Under 3 years of light use and still running(with the same cable). Shame about the connector being defective otherwise 5* all around.

Nothing to dislike so far, the speeds are acceptable in Windows, indistinguishable from any other, Durability is an unknown but it's a cracking budget SSD if your poor and are just using it in a non critical pc at home.

Inzwischen habe ich fünf dieser SSD's im Einsatz. Die Älteste läuft seit 1 1/2 Jahren problemlos und zuverlässig. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Leider sind inzwischen keine SATA Kabel mehr dabei. Bei dem Preis aber zu verschmerzen und in Laptops eh nicht notwendig. Kleine Ergänzung zu einigen Bewertungen der Geschwindigkeit dieser SSD . Die Geschwindigkeit erreicht die SSD natürlich nur wenn sie auch an einem SATA III 6Gb Controller angeschlossen ist. Alte Laptops haben den natürlich noch nicht, wie soll die Platte dann ihre volle Leistungsfähigkeit bringen? Leute erst Gehirn einschalten und dann bewerten. Hier gibt es sogar ein Foto wo sie als externe USB Festplatte an ein älteren Laptop angeschlossen ist. USB 1.0 überträgt maximal 1,5 MByte/sek , USB 2.0 max. 60 MByte/sek . Noch Fragen ? Natürlich ist sie auch in alten Laptops eine gute Ergänzung die den Windows und Programm Start beschleunigt da sie schneller ist als mechanische Festplatten aber die volle Datenrate kann sie nur an und in aktueller Hardware erbringen und das tut sie dann auch.

L'annonce et le site de TCSUNBOW indiquent des performances inférieures à celles constatées sur ce produit (testé sur un Dell Optiplex 7010 en sata 3 )...Nouveau contrôleur, nouvelle puce mémoire ou firmware mieux adapté ou erreur de com ??? En tout cas les résultats sont positifs et se rapprochent plus logiquement de la version du X3-1T... Garantie 3 ans comme les BX 500 Crucial et 30% moins onéreux en ce moment avec des performances proches...Vraiment une bonne surprise pour ce produit d'entrée de gamme idéal pour de vieilles et vénérables tours qui ne méritent pas de finir en déchet électronique ...

Buen producto, buena calidad/precio, ya probé otras marcas y este producto funciona genial, apenas se calienta y va mucho mas rápido que un disco mecánico, va genial para hacer copias de seguridad y jugar, carga super rápido, lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

Ich habe mittlerweile die dritte ist SSD mit der Größe 480 verbaut. Zugegeben sie ist nicht so schnell wie die von Samsung, aber sie Größe sie auch nur die Hälfte. Wäre eine günstige Plaste sucht und nicht super schnell unterwegs sein muss auf die zwei 3 Sekunden verzichten kann, wird hier fündig. Für diesen Preis Absolut konkurrenzlos. Eine echte Alternative zu einer HDD. Ich werde weiterhin diese Platten kaufen.Preiswert und absolut topm Ich kann dich hier teils sehr negativen Erfahrungen keinesfalls bestätigen und frage mich wie diese zu Stande kommen. Und zu den Spezialisten wäre hier schreiben von 240 sehr weit werden nur 223 angezeigt. Diese Leute haben überhaupt keine Ahnung.. Bei der Größe wird immer mit 1024 gerechnet, formatiert und partitioniert ist es klar dass du einen Teil abgezogen wird. Das ist bei einer HDD genau das gleiche. Wenn man keine Ahnung hat sollte man einfach seine Klappe halten.
