My Baby's Journal (Pink): the story of baby's first year

I bought this for my friend baby shower, she's having a boy.It is a bright contemporary book, that can please any conventional couple (male/female as mention of mummy and daddy everywhere) with plenty of beautiful baby pictures from different ethnics (black, white, Asian etc)I passed weeks to compare different products and finally purchased this one. I hesitatedas I wanted a baby diary but also some pre natal, mother to be thoughts and reading the reviews, I thought this book didn't have any. It actually has a section "preparing for you" where all the necessary points are there- "how we felt when we knew you were on the way"- "your due date"- "you arrived on"- "mummy/ daddy's feeling" etc....There are plenty of other section, "the new arrival", "early day" etc, plus plenty of space for pictures, plus 8 included pockets for the usual, first curl, cards etc..Ordered on Saturday and got it on Monday morning! Very pleased! Thank you

I love this book, I bought a similar one years ago for my first daughter and wanted something similar for my second daughter. Lovely quality book with lovely pastel pink colour throughout - not too overpowering.This book allows you to fill in information about your pregnancy, birth, early days, family and friends and gives spaces for photos.These days, we tend to take millions of photos on our smartphones which never get printed, so gives you a good excuse to print them off and stick them in - in addition to having a lovely keepsake for your baby as he/she grows up.

This is the 4th one I've bought for my girls (I have 4 kids). They're a really good size, lots of attention to detail. Plenty of extra pages of plain card to write more in if needed

I first purchased this book for my first son in 2015, after buying the pink versions for my daughters. It is a really good memory book, I love how you can write more information about your baby in this book. This is my second blue version. I have also added things like first hat, photo's of milestones in my books.

I had already bought the yellow version for my 3yrs boy and was quite pleased with it. So I bought a girlie one for my little girl. It is exactly the same as the yellow version. It would suit a boy or a girl. There is a lot of space to write additional information, on top of the usual sections of a baby book. There are also pages that functions like a pouch to hold small pictures or other pieces of paper. It is spiral bound.

Bought for our granddaughter, lots of pages and room for information

I read lots of reviews in search of a baby journal and this one seemed to come out on top....What you cannot appreciate until you are flicking through the pages and what no one really mentions is how thoroughly conventional and predictable this product is (contents and appearance) you could go to a book store or baby shop and pick up 10 others just like it. Front to back it is intended for the American market and irritatingly refers to 'Mommy' on several key pages. This journal (in my opinion) would not be suited to liberal couples and unless you remove pages (which I suppose with the ring binder you could) it would not suit alternative families (same sex couples, adoptive family, single parent etc) or anyone remotely creative.But there are always positives to find so on the plus side what this journal will provide is a good starting point to record your parenting journey (removing the incompatible pages if necessary). Its good quality (for the price) with plenty of space and covers every event you could think of and much more. If cute and conventional is what you seek then this journal is for you and will no doubt become a cherished possession... but we can't all be the same; so being one half of an unconventional, liberal and reasonably creative British couple we've decided this journal is not for us. We will be documenting babies first years using a more contemporary and novel approach.

This is such a lovely book..

Product was very good....Very nicely organised to record the memories....But the handling was not good... When i open the package i found the edges of the book was slightly damaged..I would give 5 star for the book but for the handling i will give 0star...We purchased the book to save it for life time.... But got upset as the condition of the book was slightly not good....

I love this baby journal. I received the yellow one as a gift for my first child and I decided to order this blue one for my son. It has a lot of pockets for card and other keeps. I would recommend any baby journal by this author.

The Standout Features that I Love:* Very sturdy and long lasting design. It is spiral bound with a very thick hard cover.* Such a cute cover....* This book is thick and I mean thick. With nothing in the pockets it is almost an 1 ½ thick. That is a lot of space to keep record of your precious one* Beautiful pictures and illustrations throughout the journal* Very large pockets at the start of each tab to put pictures and other items in such as cards from loved ones.* At the back of each tabbed section you have blank card stock pages to attach photos too. And yes I said cardstock, not flimsy paper pages that will not hold pictures!! This is the first book I have found with this feature.* Each tabbed section has tons of space to not only fill in each section, but continue journaling as your baby grows. For example, favorite books has 12 lines available to journal. You can write what the book is about or do what I did and list the favorites as they appear in my kids lives. My daughter will know that at 2 years of age she loved The Goodnight Train verses at 12mths she loved Animal Farm.* Tons of space for ultrasound photos to everyone's wrist bands from the hospital.* The book has 8 tabbed sections.
