Seems good and does the job. Like most things I wish it was about %10 bigger.Wish it had a side pocket that opened from the top to store keys and valuables. I don't bother to store spikes in the spike compartment... just throw em in the main compartment. It's quicker and takes the same amount of space.

Side note first - I used to grab the little packets at work that are in the first aid kit supplied by Cintas. Unfortunately Cintas doesn't sell direct to consumers and you cant find it anywhere. So, I looked up the ingredients and this was the product I decided on. It works like a charm. I think buying Pepto from the store is a bit sketchy because it's in the company's best interest to work just well enough to be creditable but get you to buy more frequently - so Pepto works just not as good as the stuff your employers give you to attempt to make you well enough to stay at work for 8 hours.Product - Ok, done with my little tyraid on the circular logic of consumer medication... These come with 2 per pouch and are about the size of a nickel each, when popped in your mouth you can suck on them or chew them - sucking on them it takes 20+ minutes to dissolve. Not too chalky tasting. They work wonderfully. Once ingested I usually notice the gurgling or other uncomfortable symptoms disappear within 20-30 minutes.

I've always loved spicy food, but as I'm growing older, my body doesn't love it quite as much. At times, I get diarrhea. On the go, I take these. They work, without side effects! Immodium gives me nausea and cramps. These don't.They also help with heart burn and other digestive problems.

Long time ago I used to work in a factory were I try one ,but I couldn't find it anywhere. But recently checking at Amazon I found it. And wow they really work. Is a very good product in any stomach condition you may have.
