I have used many dozens of buds / headsets over the years and so far, this is the best headset I have used so far by quite a margin.The noise cancelling mic is superb and the noise cancellation on the headphone is very good.No longer need to worry about office noise, barking dogs nor any other type of disturbance.Well done EPOS!

I can watch TV and work from home, customers can't hear the TV.

Very good mic quality for other people on calls, audio is really good. Only slight downside is the feedback of your own voice. As there are closed cup with anc your voice needs to be fed back to you from the mic, but it always resets to 0% being fed back. Even when you set it to a higher %, it sounds really unnatural with high frequency distortion and whistling sounds. It's best used with one ear uncovered unless you are in really noisy environments.

I really wanted to like these headphones but after a few weeks of usage the headphones started randomly turning off making conference calls embarrassing. This happens if you use the dongle or native bluetooth.When using native bluetooth the connection is very unstable and drops for a split second every few minutes.The support for this product is poor, i raised my issue in November 2024, and after countless back and fourth asking me to update my microsoft teams, laptop etc they finally agreed to send a replacement dongle, the whole process took the best part of 3 months.Noise cancellation on this though is second to none.

Product has good ANC and good mic - you can use them in a noisy environment and the mic wont pick up anything at all other than the person on the call. The ANC also helps reduce the environmental noise for the person using the headset. However, for a premium product the support from EPOS is AWFUL. My headset does not show up in the PC app so we can't update firmware. Tried on several different machines, several different cables, nothing. Emails to support get pointless answers afters days - are you sure the cable is connected, are you sure the headset is switched on, send us a photo of the screen you're seeing (which simply says no device connected), then wait days again. After 2 weeks of back and forth still not resolved and if this is what i can expect by way of support we won't be buying any more of them. Amazon no better - their support simply says contact manufacturer.

It's perfect office headphone with excellent ANC.

I bought these for work use because I'm on calls most of the day. I read and watched reviews and they seemed like just what I needed.Here are the pros:* Extremely well made and durable. They feel worth their money compared to the expensive but flimsy Jabra products.* The charging stand is a nice touch and works extremely well.* The microphone quality is excellent when it works - but I'll get to that.* Works well over USB-C cable - but this misses the point of a wireless headset.The cons:* Windows 11 drivers seem flaky and unreliable whether using the included dongle or a different Asus BT dongle.* ANC (Automatic Noise Cancelling) is close to being non-existent even when set to the maximum.* Talk-through sounds distorted at anything higher than 20%.* No real 8x8 integration. The microphone down to answer calls doesn't work for example.The first day I used this for work, everything connected fine using the included BT dongle and both Teams and 8x8 recognised it as both a speaker and microphone device.The second day was when the problems started. Windows 11 no longer recognised the headset microphone. It didn't matter whether I paired it with the included BT dongle, a spare Asus one I have or the laptop's built in one. Whatever I did, it just wouldn't detect the microphone. I knew it was working because it worked fine when connected via USB-C cable.My work laptop is very locked down so I had to get the IT department to remove and update the generic USB drivers that the BT dongle uses. This made no difference at all. I also followed all the trouble-shooting steps I could find online and nothing worked.After a week of getting nowhere I decided to send it back for a full refund. I may have just been unlucky but I suspect I'll have to go back to Jabra. Their products may be expensive and cheaply made, but they mostly just work.Your mileage may vary.

I bought these to replace a pair of Jabra 75s where the mic had stopped working after 4 year's use. So, thought I better get a set by a different manufacturer, and I'd read good things about these.First - and key - issue. They recharge wirelessly by hanging on the stand, a good idea. However, despite some padding at the sides of the recharge area at the top of the headband, the hard plastic at the top of the headband *does* rest on the top of your head, and it's uncomfortable. I could wear the Jabras all day without an issue. These are uncomfortable after minutes.Then - the sound quality. It's really poor. Fine for voice, but if you want to listen to music or game on these, it's not great at all. I mean, it's just weak, no bass, feels all 1Khz and little else.Finally - range. With the Jabras I could be on a conference call in a different room to my PC, all was well. First time I tried to do a call and walked more than 3 metres away from the PC - "you're crackly".I really, really regret buying these. I hate giving bad reviews, but...I'd rather do that and no-one else be as disappointed as I am.
