This was exactly what we need to train our standard poodle. NO shocking. Simple to use and very effective to help our poodle stay down and come. Very happy with this product.

We bought this to help our dog with barking. It was worked really well for him! The different functions of the remote allow it to be used in different situations and for different behaviors. It is super effective and ethical because it uses noise and vibration rather thank shock.

Its light weight, it does not shock, my dog doesnt freak out when I put it on because its smaller than an actual e collar. She can run around in it comfortable and she responds very well! I use Beep for Recall, Vibrate for corrections. But you can customize and train your dog anyway you want with it!

I got this collar for dog because I used to use a shock collar on him but never used the shock, only the beep/vibrate and I did not like the metal prongs on them. With this one, I like how it doesn’t have the prongs and it’s less to worry about. The only thing I dislike about this collar is the beeping on it. I wish you can change the tones of the beeps (high-low) but other than that, the collar is great!*the battery like is great too!

Our dog went deaf recently and this collar works perfectly to get his attention. There is no shock feature just a beep and a buzz function that is very easy to figure out.

My dog was trained on the type of collar that has prongs. I have always felt strongly that they are terrible and cruel, but was at the end of my rope with him. Paradoxically, the collar was the only way I could keep him from running out the door when it opened (if I wasn't home-he wants to find me). Although that style collar was also only set to vibrate, the prongs seemed uncomfortable at best even when the collar was loose. So I did a search for no shock, no prong collar and found this one. It is exactly that. The collar will vibrate or beep when you press the button; it's pretty easy to use but do read the instructions. The only negatives are the beeeeep when you turn the collar on (I always cough when I do it so it doesn't wig my pup out), and the proprietary plug for the collar. If I were to lose the cord there would be no using any other type charger for it. But the collar itself is terrific. The collar is adjustable -it was quite a bit larger than my 17" medium 30lb dog's neck but adjusts down. And it only took vibrating it once when I said NO to understand that when he wears it, if I say no, he won't run away/bark. I really can't emphasize enough-this is NOT a shock collar. It is NOT a prong collar. It vibrates like when you put your cell phone ringer on "vibrate" or makes a beeeeep, whichever you set it to. I also don't like bark collars-if you think about it, when ANY dog barks, your dog's collar will be triggered. How confusing would that be for a dog? With this collar, if your dog barks, you press the beeeep or the vibrate, and the dog knows, hmmmm barking makes that icky noise on my neck, or that funny vibration. So a lot of words here, and I don't write reviews much on Amazon but 1) I really do mean all the things I said about his being a kind way to encourage your dog to listen/not bark and 2) they did ask me to a review. I am very happy with the collar and it being exactly what I'd hoped. And it shipped very quickly.

Bought this for training and it last for hours. The range is amazing. 2000 feet is more than plenty range. The vibration is adjustable. The sound is loud enough to hear.

The media could not be loaded. This is our second no-shock collar we have purchased for our rambunctious rescue terrier who wants to make friends with all the TV animals by barking at them. So far this collar has made him realize he can just run to the TV, not bark at it. We call that a win. Our last collar worked fairly well for the 5 months we had it, then it no longer would turn on. So we switched brands.This collar is also much more of a deterrent since we rarely actually have to push the vibrate button. He knows the collar does what it does, so when we put it on him, his tail still wags but you can see he is thinking, oh crap. He hasn't run away when we go to put it on, or hidden or anything. So he doesn't hate it yet. But I think that is because he knows what happens when he does something we don't like.We purchased the black band because it matches his regular collar right down to the reflective thread. And the black box has a smaller profile on his neck with no pesky neck prongs.You can see the battery life on the controller and the little light on the receiver flashes when the battery is low so you don't have to guess. Our favorite part of the controller is the belt clip and the locking feature so you can't accidentally vibrate your little guy (which we did numerous times with the old collar).We have only had this for a little over a month so can't comment on longevity yet, but it was twice the price so hoping it will last much longer than the crappy one we had before.

Mi perra pesa 36 kilos y es un mix de otras razas donde predomina labrador y pastor alemán pero más grande.Como tiene pelo medianamente largo el collar no sirvió de nada. El beep no le molesta y la vibración tampoco.Mi perra tiene entrenamiento básico pero en espacios abiertos cuando anda sin correa se dedica a acechar y perseguir a mi perrita más pequeña y no obedece al llamado.El beep es como si le pasara un mosco a un lado y dudo mucho que sienta la vibración porque el collar no toca la piel.Es una lástima 😕
