When advertising this item it should be included that an appliance, as a minimum, like a cafetiere is most definitely required with it highlighted that this product is GROUND coffee and NOT INSTANT coffee.However this stated as regards the quality of the product and it's service on delivering the product cannot in any way be faulted, and if asked would I use the whole purchase process again, my reply is a simple yes
