These pens are wonderful! They fit in my scrub pockets and aren't bulky or heavy. The light is bright but not extremely blinding. These pens ARE silver. The package is a bit deceiving. When I first bought these, I returned them because I thought they were a blue/grey color but I promise it's just the packaging. When I reordered them I got the same looking colored package so I said, whatever I'll just keep them, but to my surprise they were silver! These pens ARE titanium and not plastic, which is what I wanted. In addition, there are two in the package. So, if you lose one or one gets stolen, then you have another. Overall, an effective pen!

These are good pen lights. The only problem is the always turn on in my pockets. But they get the job done. Perfect amount of brightness and battery in them lasts a while

Beam is so weak and almost dim I can’t even see throat very well on examination. It made you put your head closely in front of patient to try to see. You will catch all kinds respiratory germs for sure. I tried to return them but it doesn’t allow me after I waited for one month in attempt to get use to it. I have to put the away and order some new bright pen light. Good thing about it is its size which is easy to clamp to the pocket as a small pen.

Awesome price for an over the average product. Yes, it’s a pen light but the price and reviews sold me. Not too bright to blind patient, but enough light to complete tasks

Came super quick and even came with batteries for both pen lights! Lightweight and durable at a great price

When they work they are nice. One of them, however, stopped working entirely after only a few days of use. It fell out of my pocket one time from no more than four feet off the floor and it wouldn't turn back on. For something that should stand up to a lot more abuse than that in a health care environment, I was unimpressed.

Bought these for my wife who's an RN. Bonus points because the batteries can be replaced
