Perfect assistance bands
These work really well as assistance bands for bodyweight exercises. I’ve been using them to practice standing ab wheel rollouts. They would also be ideal for assisted pull-ups and any other exercise on the pull-up bar.

Good quality bands
Great quality bands, however, I thought the weight would be displayed somewhere on the bands. But good value for what I got! Great for throwing into a suitcase for travel.

No weight listed on band as pictured
No weight printed on bands (as pictured). The version of bands I purchased have lbs. listed on the band, but what I received did not. Otherwise I would've kept them!

Not what I thought, too thick and very long. No good for me. I thought they were going to be thin and a lot shorter
