My new pole grip!
This is fab for a quick wipe of your pole pre any moves. It gave me enough ‘stick’ to invert, and go into several other moves before I needed to give it a quick wipe again. I can’t comment for golfers, but for pole fitness addicts this works 👍

Getting a good grip
i really was surprised at the size of the towel, its quite big,i wanted to give it a try to help with my grip while playing darts, to test i cut a small piece, kept it in my pocket , and just gave my fingers a quick squeeze on the towel every now and again, and it was really sticky from the start,, didnt improve my throw much, but did do its job, very impressed and pretty sure its going to help in the long run

it's ok, nice and tacky but still sweated through it

Good grip but doesnt last too long
A decent enough grip but doesnt last super long. I use this for pole dance and can get a couple of intermediate moves out of it before I need to re-grip. Would advise using with another alternative.
