great customer service, I loves their copper and designs, I brought their jug, same product 5 years ago and just brought a new one a month ago, I realized the new one has a rid, old version didn't. I contacted the seller and wanted to buy a rid for my old one. They responded back right away and gave me a free one. I use this copper pitcher to make our water more alkaline which is better for us. I have a Big Berkey. We fill it from the water from our faucet. I then fill the copper pitcher from the Berkey and put it in the refrigerator overnight. We use that water for drinking throughout the day. I have found as long as you keep water in it the copper does not really oxidize. It’s a great little pitcher! Very happy with it.

I’m extremely tired of purchasing poorly made, cheap things on amazon. Flimsy handle, Terrible quality.

I will be sending this back. I love it but it is not big enough. I want it to hold water in the refrigerator. I need something taller with more volume. I think it is well made and beautiful. I just don't know what I would use it for.

The second day after drinking from this pitcher, I suddenly realized that I no longer felt pain and limitation in my joints when standing, walking up stairs, bending my knees especially. I have tried supplements for joints and bones that did not take away the pain entirely, they helped lessen but not remove. Drinking from this every day has totally removed the pain. And it makes sense when I recalled my parents wearing a copper bracelet for helping them with arthritic pain. Our body needs copper, this is a good way of getting it. We fill it beginning of day and drink it from the copper cups and I have not had the issue any more. Great way to get the copper in the body, and it's a beautiful set.

Very good quality! I thought it might be flimsy, but it’s strong and durable. I’m pleased with my purchase. And the water tastes great! Not like copper at all.

Box exterior was undamaged. Came packed with plenty of paper. Handle was broke off. Doubt it would survive too long with how it is both secured and how thin it is. Will still use and will try to secure the handle back on.

I was hesitant to buy this jug because of the price, and the mixed reviews that flow all over Amazon. I pulled the trigger and when it arrived I was soooo pleased! I did review the dimensions of this product and compared it to others and it’s the exact size I need ! Just beautiful, I’m sure when people come over I’ll get compliments on it, but we haven’t had anyone in our new place yet.

しっかりとした銅製のピッチャーが届き大満足です^_^ 見た目が美しく3ヶ月ほど使用していますが綺麗です。水を満水に入れると流石に重たいので半分ほどいれています。

But one thing I don’t like for which I am returning as well that I have to open the cap of the jug every time I need water .
