Comfortable drum seat
I purchased this seat for my drum set. I needed a better quality seat to be comfortable while playing. So far this seat has met those expectations. Looking forward to playing longer without getting a sore bottom!!

Comfortable but the seat is wobble
The media could not be loaded. The seat is trash every time I seat on it I feel like I’m going to fall because it keeps wobbling

Comfortable pad, but seat wobbles.
This is super comfortable, but the seat will not stop wobbling. The rug is cool, but doesn't make up for the overall quality of the seat. I should've spent the money and purchased a Roc N Soc. Do not buy this junk.

Sturdy and Lightweight
I have been drumming for over 30 years and have used many drum stools. This is one of only 2 that I have used that has a motorcycle style seat. The other was a Tama that I owned many years ago, which was a great stool. However, these 2 seats feel very different. The Tama was more "shaped" with leg cut outs and was very thick with softer padding. This stool has a much more pronounced shape with thinner and much stiffer padding. I find this one to be very comfortable and supportive , maybe even more so than the Tama I used to have. If you like a very soft plush kind of seat this one may not be for you. But this stiffer seat feels better for my back.In terms of stability, I have not had the issues that other reviewers have mentioned. The legs are very sturdy as is the base of the seat where it attaches. The threaded height adjustment works well and is not prone to slipping or sinking under weight. I also found that this base, although double braced and very sturdy feeling, is not as heavy as other bases on other heavy duty thrones I own. This may be due to the quality of the metal used or the design. I suppose time will tell if durability is the same as the other "major" brand throne I have. But for the price I think this is a great throne, especially for anyone that likes a stiffer seat padding.

Cannot get it to stop wobbling
I'm not the only one having this issue. I found out what's wrong. A pin(?) that attaches the bottom part of the center post to right below where the seat post locking mechanism is missing. So it just wobbles and wobbles. I ended up finding a screw to thread in and that helped tremendously. Let's hope it keeps working, overall you get what you pay for...a cheap drum throne. What did I expect? hahaRe-review Jan '24This is absolute garbage. It is pieced together so it never stops wobbling. Past my ability to get a refund. I'll keep the seat and look for a used post...ridiculous they're still allowed to sell these on Amazon. Stay away.

Cannot Prevent the Seat from Wobbling
The throne seems well constructed and solid. But try as I may, I cannot figure out how to prevent the seat from wobbling. The instructions are very skimpy. After the initial posting of this review I received three separate boilerplate messages promising help. If I cannot get this problem fixed in the next few days, I will be returning the product and getting something that works.
