EDITED: Stout, beautiful and very affordable. Armor X13 is a great phone, but has glitched...
Ulefone X13... This is my second Ulefone, and an extremely nice piece of equipment. Heavy duty, feels rugged, and has quite a nice camera as well. It's like the Toughbook of phones. The night-vision camera is a nice feature, and the screen brightness is fantastic... can see it in bright sunlight. Was time for an upgrade, and needed a phone that had Voice over wifi calling. Works perfectly... note, if you are using wifi calling with T-Mobile or Mint Mobile, your wifi router cannot be running a VPN. I had to set up a separate router to bypass the vpn for this purpose, but this is a factor of the carrier, not the phone. The phone comes with a screen protector, so no need to buy screen protectors in addition to the phone.EDIT:Well, couple things... there's actually some bloatware that I cannot get rid of, but I can disable most if it. Also, in the last week it has started to glitch, and frequently it seems as if the touchscreen just stops working. Have done a hard reset twice, and still does this. Starts up fine, but trying to swipe up to access the pin nothing happens. Fortunately had an older Armor X5 that still works perfectly, so I'm using that for now. Have reached out to Ulefone service and support, and awaiting a response for repair or preferably replacement.Bought a second one for a relative and so far no issues. Hoping to be able to recommend...

User manual would be helpful/update added
I like this phone. My last phone was os 5 this is 13. I've been trying to learn this phone. There are a ton of newer things that I'm just not familiar with, yet. The one familiar thing is Google has a firm grip on literally everything this phone knows about my life. Once upon a time people used to say "in the future the government will probably put a chip in everyone so they can keep track of all of us". Well I'm here to say "They" were wrong. All that "They" had to do was invent smartphones and we all willingly chipped ourselves!! Anyway as for a user manual. There isn't one for this x13 yet. Look for yourself. It's not out yet. Personally I for one would find a user manual very helpful.UPDATE: after using the Armor X13 for a month. I have a couple things. Having come from a phone with a back button. I have had a real hard time getting used to the back option on the x13. U swipe from the the left or right side. Being right handed. I generally hold my phone in my left hand. I'll scroll down a page using my right. I'd say mostly with my index finger. Well scrolling down and swipping in seem to be very similar to my phone even with the right side sensitivity turned all the way down. I've lost track of how many times I've been scrolling down and i activate the back option and end up starting over. I try to train myself to scroll down from nearly the center of the screen. Which really cuts in to your visual. I also find the notification line on the very top of the screen. Very very small. The battery percentage value is so small i need a magnifying glass to see it. The numbers are about 1/32th of an inch tall. 1mm tall. I haven't found a way to increase the size. The custom button is orange on my phone. It's the only button on the left side. The right side has the rocker for volume below that the power button. Both black and very similar in size and feel. The rocker is in the location the power button was on my old phone. I have almost stopped turning my ringer off while trying to bring the screen up or down. The finger print sensor is somewhat difficult to get to open my home page. I end up using the pattern allot. Then when I'm not trying it'll open. I read one review where the person said the night vision camera worked good but wished there was night vision video. Well there is. 1st i want to say the night vision does work very well. Out to about 20 steps. If your depending on the IR lights only. If there's back ground light it's much farther. So when u slide to or tap the night vision option. To the right of the shutter button. You'll see a lil video camera. Tap it and the camera icon will swap spots. Now the video icon is in the shutter button. There's still no manual to tell me what some icons and functions mean or do. All in all it's a pretty decent phone. The camera is awesome. Best I've ever owned. Still not a fan of all the Google tentacles. There like Skynet in the Terminator. I'm my opinion keeping all our info should be illegal. But what do i know. Good luck

I have tried this phone out for several days, and...
Really like it! I wanted it for it's night vision capabilities, and it seems to deliver in that area! It's only 4g, but still a really nice and useful phone. I've tested it's abilities for making calls, and my wife says it's easy to hear me over it.I'm on a data limited plan, right now, but the phone seems to play videos flawlessly, so I'm happy with that. All in all, a very nice phone for my needs!

Great phone, excellent customer service!
I got this for rugged use in an outdoor environment overseas. It is a heavy phone with a bigger screen than I had on my previous phone, and I am very satisfied with the battery life, great camera quality, and the usefulness of the fingerprint reader. It also did a good job of transferring and incorporating most information from my old phone--I had to figure out the local APN settings to configure the data connection to work as seamlessly as my old phone did, but that works very well. I love the water-resistance and it has already dropped on its face with no damage. At first, I was disappointed that there were 6 blue lines down the screen which indicate that the pixels beneath them are not working and there has been some fault in manufacture or shipping. I was able to use it, but I was worried that there was an issue that would get worse. However, I contacted customer support and they were very responsive and are replacing the phone. Without reservation, I am very satisfied with both the quality of the phone and the customer service.

Not great
Pretty slow but expected, the duraspeed app can't be turned off and is stupid annoying just have to keep it from throttling your apps constantly. Will not connect to carrier with weak signal if charging 🤯 bloated with a bunch of apps you won't need or use it can get rid of.Rugged part seems standard

No real glitches... Little more difficult to navigate than some
Product works had some difficulty getting apps in the right place...No major problems but not as seamless as higher on phones I would summarize...
