I bought the two pack of Bed Buddies for my parents. I use mine often, especially in winter. It's easy to use, I microwave for 2 minutes, and wrap around the back of my neck. It is a moist warm heat that allows me to stretch my neck and relieves pain. I don't ever put my Bed Buddy in the freezer but that is an option. There is a slight smell when I heat the Bed Buddy because it contains dry rice. It's not an issue for me though. I recommend the Bed Buddy and will buy another one when mine wears out.

Really like the quality of this item. However, for me for around my neck and my pain it is heavy if it is hanging down on both sides. If this is not an issue for you, I definitely recommend. That is the reason for my 4 stars. I holds heat as you would expect and easy to use

I’m so glad that I got a 2 pack. I keep one in the freezer and keep one out for the microwave. They work very well and keep heat or cold for as long as I need. Usually, I use one or the other temp for 10-20 minutes at a time. One time over the winter, we lost heat but had electricity so we heated both in the microwave and put near our feet in bed, that did the trick and we were able to sleep! They mold well to the body, I’ve wrapped them around my neck, ankle and back. Highly recommend.

I use the Bed buddies every night for the warm moist heat .When they do not smell they work greet but this will be the last time I buy them .They burn out and smell to quickly I used them three nighSt in a row and two began to smell right away and they are new ..Very disappointed and have made the decision to go back to the handy heating pad. I have been buying them often for the last three years .The directions are no where on package??I used like I have alwats used them from prior directions. From years of using them. I place in microwave two minutes at 50 percent power? I have a small dorm size microwave. I live in a Assisted Living community. I am a disable 50 year old .I got my first one at walmart.com and had the same problem there. But love them before they smell and this batch was a problem to quickly .I am not able to go to post office myself as I don't walk or drive and it is not worth putting someone out for the short period of rime am able to use them but I can no longer waste my money even if I occasionally I get a good One wanted to contact seller but couldn't find information to contact seller or understand how to return to Amazon. So I am to become a lost repeat customer. I tried to find phone number to talk with someone to complete return but I couldn't find a number because I wanted ti exchange for one more try but instead I need to understand they are not worth it/However they do work great untilil they smell faul.M y microwave is airing out and will need a strong fragrant object heated up a lemon or orange.Will c what I can track DOWN here. Beware they smell quickly and very bad. A rotten egg.

Gets very hot and holds the heat for quite awhile. I would definitely put a thin towel on first before using. It’s heavy and will burn you if you do not use a towel under it but it last with each heating for quite awhile

Easy to use and times out for you so you don't have to think about it. I like the tube design they used to have better as it seemed to fit snuggly around my neck the way I needed it to, but the new design is okay to it is just not round it is more flat. I think these may last longer. When microwaving be sure to keep parts separate as there may be hot spots. I wonder if cotton would get hot spots and burn? The polyester will melt and become a hole if they are touching. I put a pillow case over it to keep it from getting hot spots, but also to keep it clean and to provide a variable barrier so I can put as many folds as I need as it cools down.
