I've suffered from Lactose Intolerance for most of my life. It can be a very painful condition if not addressed. I've used many, many pills prior to eating anything with dairy. Some work, some don't. The most well know pills are under the brand name 'Lactaid" which work fine, but can be very costly. I decided to give these pills a try. I paid $18.97 for 180 caplets. They are extra strength, so the dosage is 1 pill before eating dairy. Lactaid cost $11.49 for 120 caplets, but the dosage is 3 caplets before eating dairy. I'm very pleased with the Fast Acting Lactase caplets. I haven't had any break through symptoms when taken as directed. The price is excellent and I find they work just as well as Lactaid which costs triple the price. Very glad I gave these a try. I will be buying more.

Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. Maybe it dependa on the amount of milk You drinks.

These pills are great - they work as well for me as Lactaid does, for a fraction of the cost. I got so many pills, I split them between a supply in my house and one in my car for eating out. The house ones ran out first, so I started using the car ones for everything. All my symptoms came back with a vengeance. I'm pretty sure the heat in the car destroyed the enzyme. Duh - should have read the package more carefully. They need to be kept below 77 fahrenheit. That might explain why they don't work for some people -- they might have been heat damaged during manufacturing, shipping, or storage. I'm storing mine more carefully from now on!

Years! I've been taking these for at least five years, right here, from Amazon! Never once got a bad batch. I take them by the handful if confronted with heavy dairy-toppings, cheeses. A handful meaning 5 or more at a time maybe only that time. If I eat dairy free, I don't use them. Lactose intolerance is very painful. Plus, you can't travel. For instance milky drinks from drive through. Or Creme brulee in fancy restaurant. I literally do not live without them. This brand only. Amazon my only supplier all this time.

Work quick and effectively if you take enough (1 is not enough for me for a meal, more like 10-15 but they are <1p per tablet so no issue). Issue with the price; 2 bottles pictured, but priced for 3 bottles so have had to ask for refund of extra bottle each time. Other than that these are perfect and i will keep rebuying.

Easy on the stomach for those with lactose intolerance. Acts quick and the bottle is convenient size to carry on the handbag
