This is the third Alpatronix iPhone battery case I've owned, since its inception, and it still does not disappoint. The case has a great textured grip around the sides so it won't slip out of your hands holding it. The rubberized case makes it easy to put on and take off, and the battery in the back protrudes out enough to protect the camera lenses from direct damage if you drop it. Love that you can wirelessly charge the phone with the case on. Small cutouts at the bottom allow the speakers to do their job. Also appreciate the included screen protector. Using the battery to charge the iPhone is quicker than previous iPhone iterations, due to it having USB-C instead of Lightning; my phone can go from 30% to 60% in less than 15 minutes. On the flipside, when using the battery, the case gets hotter than in previous generations. Also, while I haven't conducted a thorough battery drain test, the battery seems to get used up quicker than the last battery case (that same 30-60% charge took the battery from full to half-full). Again, I'll chalk that up to the unique USB-C charging dynamics vs what we've been used to with Lightning. Lastly, don't forget that this is a battery case for a big phone, which means there will be extra weight added, which could take some getting used to.All in all I would absolutely recommend this case over and over again. Seeing how quickly the battery drains on these new iPhone 15 Pros, I'm glad to have this case to keep me going in the evening before I can plug it in to charge. Cannot speak highly enough of this brand and this case. Don't hesitate to buy.

I really wanted this to work as the Alpatronix backup I had for my iPhone 12 never failed me and Alpatronix is a California-based company. But, I bought this one for my work iPhone (15 Pro Max) and another for my personal iPhone (16 Pro Max) and both have failed. Both appeared to work out of the box (they come almost fully charged and, when I pressed the button for 3 seconds, it started charging me phone. However, when I tried to recharge my phones, both failed despite showing a full charge. I tried the reset offered by Alpatronix (hold the button for 10 seconds) but that has failed on both devices. I did receive a replacement for the iPhone 16's case but it too has failed. At this point, I have no confidence in these products. I don't know if there is a problem with their USB-C interface or if they fail due to a flaw with wireless charging (which is how I recharge the devices). Regardless, I hope Alpatronix resolves the issue.

this case is awesome, always have power ready when traveling. I had an issue with the case and contacted CS, they were quick to respond and provided a quick solution. recommend the product!

I started buying Alpatronix phone cases when I kept running out of cell battery during the work day. One push of the charge button and you can keep talking. Also, this is great if you missed putting your phone on charge overnight. The case fit on this model (Apple 15 Pro Max) is very good. The ‘C’ connector is well aligned and functional. The top ‘flex’ to insert the phone is easier than my previous model. It fits snug, so I am not worried about the phone coming out of the case. The rubber case provides good cushion around the perimeter, and it rises slightly above the face for some protection there. A glass faceplate is included. Even though there is a ‘ridge’ of rubber around the camera lenses, I would suggest adding a protective glass cover. My phone occasionally gets dropped. Even with the additional weight, I have not had a broken screen. Overall, this case functions well for me.

Just got it tried charging it, depleted the battery tried again and still won’t go past 3 bars. I’ve bought cases before from this brand before and they were great contact support no email yet.

Pros: fully charges my phone, compatible with Apple CarPlay, supports wireless charging, and not as bulky as other battery cases.Cons: doesn’t turn off on its own when it reaches 100%, it’s not MagSafe, wished it covers the lenses, the top of the case seams a little loose, and the phone doesn’t slide in straight when inserting it to the battery case.

**Update 2** after 3 days the unit FAILED once again. The battery case will not charge reliably on the wireless charger but it still works with the wire. this is the replacement of the one that came to me not working at all and now this one has failed again. Customer service just told me to ask for a refund through Amazon without even trying to make things right. I have since ordered from another company and that one seems to be working much better.**Update 1** I reached out to customer service and they shipped out a replacement. After I received the replacement and shipped back the dead unit, everything seemed to be working better. I notice that there are times when some wireless chargers don’t work with this unit. The plug will always work but some wireless chargers don’t work. If the battery on the case is at 100% and the phone is under 100% there are times when it won’t charge. I find that you need to drain some of the case before placing it on the charger. I’m not sure if this is a known issue or not? Overall, good unit, it does tend to get hot and it even overheats the phone but I think this is pretty normal when using the wireless. Doesn’t happen as often when plugged in. When I place the phone into the device it was still a little loose on the sides for my iPhone 15 pro max. I decided to try placing it on the wireless charger and nothing. It did not charge anything. I decided to try a cable, and still nothing. Even after charging it for over an hour, none of the lights on the back, lit up. I have contacted the company support with regards to a replacement?
