Stopped working less than one month
Low speed (3.0 usb twice slower usb3.2), and it stopped working in a less than one month.Need to write seller to replaceUpd. Seller said that will be refund. So now wait for it and if is so, maybe will try another hdd bay from this seller because warranty here works.

Excellent docking station for using Internal HD as backup for systems and business files
Very convenient. Easily recognized by my computer and has good firm sitting. At the same time, it is easy to remove. It is good to have two ports which allow two HDs the same time to interactions and transfers as needed.

Easy addition, works just like a external hard drive!
JUST A NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO FIRST FORMAT WHATEVER HARD DRIVE YOU PLUG IN.(This can be done by just using the dock and plugging it into your computer)Does exactly what I was hoping. Easy to use, good quality, looks clean. AND BEST OF ALL! THAT BIG USB C PORT!I had to this point 6 external hard drives all fail on be because of that slim flat port they all use, just nudge it the wrong way and those stop working.Quit putting your external hard dives in all kinds of crazy positions to get the port to work!(Hard drive not inlcuded, but a high capacity hard drive is significantly cheeper per/byte when compaired to a external hard drive.)I have not used it to copy a drive so I cannot comment on that feature.

I had a 16 TB and a 4 TB drive on my desk, connected (sometimes) to my laptop with a USB-SSATA adaptor. The drives were just sitting flat on the desk.This product has cleaned that mess up.The setup was simple. After a few min trying to assemble the power cord, it was running almost immediately. Now I have a D: drive (16TB) and an E: drive (4TB). A C-type USB connector (supplied) enters the device, and on the laptop-side I use a type-A USB connector (supplied, along with an A-to-C adaptor).followup - 2 weeks later-- 1. It's working great. 2. the beep on power-up is a health hazard (joking, but it is too loud by far).

Been using this item for a while now. So far I’m very satisfied with it, easy to setup and no issues dealing with different drive types (2.5 and 3.5 inch) be brand new or quite a few years old. The seller Bizgram was timely in the delivery and proactively reached out ensure that all is good.
