I have taken this now for 3 weeks. I am noticing that my craving for salty snacks is pretty much gone. This does not upset my stomach. I don't feel the need to snack as often. I am hopeful for a weight loss eventually. time will tell. The taste is good and I don't feel any after tastes.

I've only had this product for 3 days. I've lost 1 pound so far, but cannot tell much more at this point. I'll update after I've been on this product for 30 days.

These gummies are amazing they don't taste bad like some people say, people need to understand they are made out of vinegar and they're not supposed to taste like bubble gum lol. So of course they're going to have a little flavor but the Apple helps it a lot and makes it a lot better these are so much better than taking the liquid apple cider vinegar which the smell and taste is horrible. But these I definitely recommend 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

After losing 2 to 3 pounds, there has been no more weight loss. I assume the 2 to 3 pounds was water. I’m very disappointed.

My first time with these. Cheaper than those advertised but, thought I would try these first. Bought them to try as both a way to help cleanse and to try and keep my weight under control which is important for my diabetes control. Hope these will take care of those needs for me. If so, I'll be a repeat customer.
