No orange!! Perfect baby blonde!! Better than salon color!

Very disappointed in this. I have very light blonde hair (levels 9-10) and this left my hair a steely, dark gray color.Finding directions for use was very difficult, but managed to find on the ProRituals site that this should be mixed 1:1 with either 5 or 10 volume developer. I chose the 5 volume, since I didn’t want any lift and corresponding damage (my hair is very thin and fragile). I used their brand developer. At least it should wash out fairly quickly since there was no lift, the color is really just deposited on top of the hair shaft.All in all, I will not use this product again. It may work better for someone else but it’s not for me.

I can’t read the directions on how to use the dye cream I purchased. My box and tube were squashed. I can possibly still get some cream out of the tube.Should I request a refund or someone let me know how to us this? 🥲

Did nit change at all! It wasn't clear that you needed other products as well until after I used this and dried my hair out for absolutely nothing! Poor advertising!

There are no true instructions for this product. You need to purchase or have on hand a peroixide product to make this an actual hair coloring. Using the tube of product without a catalyst will only wash out without coloring. If you do not use color products often enough you won't realize it won't work without peroxide. Can't figure out why this is not made plain to the purchaser. I haven't used it yet, I will let you know.

The product had an expiration date of 11/2017. I still gave it a shot but nothing changed just a waste of money, save time and money and go to Sally's
