This is one of the best Nitric Oxide boosters I have tried so far. It has a good mix of vitamins, minerals and herbs:The vitamins it contains are: Niacin (B3), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), and Cyanocobalamin (B12). B-vitamins are great because they help the body with many things including energy metabolism, mood and well-being, amino acid metabolism, synthesis and breakdown of fatty acids, and more.The minerals it contains are: Zinc and Chromium (Known as "Trace Minerals" because the body only needs trace amounts of these compounds. It also contains Potassium and Magnesium (Known as "Major Minerals" because the body needs higher amounts of them compared to Trace Minerals. Chromium Helps with enhancing insulin action and Zinc is required for many enzymes. It also helps immune function, which is why some people use Zinc when they are sick like the product Zicam. Zinc is also beneficial for growth and development.Potassium aids in nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction and also helps with water balance in the body. Magnesium is good for many things including bone formation, aids enzyme function and aids in nerve and heart function.The amino acids it contains are Arginine, Glutamine, and Ornithine and it contains the forms of these amino acids that have better absorption and bio-availability than the basic forms of these amino acids. Arginine is a well known vasodilator (Raises nitric oxide levels) and it also helps with lowering blood pressure due to it being a vasodilator as opposed to vasoconstrictors which can raise blood pressure. Ornithine is an amino acid that has a few benefits including helping to remove fatigue-promoting metabolites in muscles. It can help reduce fatigue in cases where ammonia is elevated like cases of chronic stress. Ammonia can become elevated due to prolonged exercise or daily stressors. Glutamine is an amino acid that affects the processes of growth and function of cells in the stomach and intestines, along with other benefits.The herbs this product contains are: Gymnema Sylvestre (made from leaves), Yohimbe Extract (made from bark) and Green Tea extract (also made from leaves) . Yohimbe is quite a potent nitric oxide booster and can also help improve mood by working on neurotransmitters in the brain such as Serotonin and Dopamine (along with other ones).Last but definitely not least, the product also contains Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) which has a number of benefits. It is a potent anti-oxidant and it also inhibits something called Nitric Oxide Synthase which breaks down nitric oxide in the body. If you want vasodilation and a boost in nitric oxide, you would want nitric oxide synthase to be inhibited so the nitric oxide is broken down more slowly over time. This function also gives ALA a good synergy with the other nitric oxide boosters in this product.

This is 2nd product by Prime Labs that I consume on a daily basis. However, when I skip those days if I do not work out since I am taking other supplements/vitamins and also need some days for "fasting" (not taking anything except juice, milk and matcha).It says 4 capsules a day but I started off by taking 3. They are really working. This is my 3rd day taking 3 capsules day. I feel much stronger and can lift heavier and work out longer (i.e., greater stamina). No one wants to hit the gym without extra energy and stamina. I do not think they contain any stimulant because I do not feel my heart palpitate or get the jittery feelings. It never interrupted my sleep pattern even though I usually finish my workout session around 9pm and back home around 945pm.Additionally, I can feel that my muscles are firmer and well defined than before (I am not a big guy and which is why I only take 3 instead of 4 capsules). Have not felt this good in a long long time. Seriously, you should give this product a try if you are a gym goer and not allergic to any of the ingredients. By the way, I am an avid gym goer of 21 years and still counting. When you are hungry or thirsty, you think of eating and eating and you must do that. Same theory for work out. When you work out, your body and muscles feel sore and need time to recover. That's when supplements come into the picture, they are mandatory to replenish what is lost during and after each workout session.Cheers!

I have tried many different NO2 supplements throughout the past few years. Most of them worked for me, but were a bit pricey. Workout supplements start to hurt your wallet after a while. This product works great with my pre-workout supplement and also is great on my wallet.I am currently taking half of the serving size to make the product last longer.

Prime Labs Nitro Blast is really a great product. A lot of these products say they do this and that, but we question if it is really doing anything. Not with this product, I can truly say it does provide the extra boost for an amazing workout. I try a lot of different products out and cycle through a lot and I will be sticking with these guys for a while.

Working out and frustrated with the lack of muscle - well this will help you with the frustration. You still need to workout but this supplement boosts up the muscles. You don't feel any side effects. My hubby likes this one!

This product seems to give me a nice pump while working out. I haven’t experienced any jitters or headaches at all. I’d recommend it to anyone that lifts weights!
