Buy the Machine, you wont regret it!
I am a COMPLETE beginner in ever sense of the word. About 15 years ago a friend gave me a sewing machine that she never really used and I tried SO HARD to figure out how to work it, to the point I become so frustrated and discouraged I donated it and swore I would never try again.....I have always wanted to learn to sew using a sewing machine so I decided that in the new year that was my goal. I received my singer on Friday and unboxed it Saturday morning. I had small goals as to not overwhelm myself, so I walked through threading a bobbin, then the machine, then I did some test strips, then I played with the various different stiches and I was amazed by how easy this machine is to use! By Sunday evening I had completed the first row of my very first quilt and while it is not perfect (no fault to the machine of course) This machine has given me the confidence and desire to keep going and keep trying...I am in love. I CAN DO THIS! I also recommend highly getting the model with the extended table/tray and accessories. It was so nice to have the extra needles on hand when I broke the one already in the machine and to have the bobbins and seem ripper already available to me so I could just start sewing. Again, very new to this so I had very few items on hand. In conclusion, BUY THE MACHINE! :)

Basic work horse everyday sewing machine
Simple heavy duty machine. I needed an everyday machine for hemming jeans and repairing thicker clothes and materials. Something to use other than my typical quilting machine; which I broke trying to sew too thick of materials.

Junk. Do not waste your money.
I bought this machine on October 6th. It was delivered within 2 weeks. I was so excited. Today is November 25th and as I’m sewing, the bobbin got all bunched up somehow and now the needle will not catch the bobbin thread. I’ve been sewing for 35+ years. I know what I’m doing. The needle isn’t bent, it’s been re-threaded, a new bobbin has been inserted but the needle will not catch the bobbin thread. I don’t even see the top thread looping in the bobbin case. I spent a lot of money on this machine and it only sewed for two weeks before breaking. Unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great machine
Great machine, despite breaking soon after purchasing reapaired it locally instead of paying for shipping. Not only repaired promptly by a SINGER shop but paid the same as shipping to the warranty place

My wife was ecstatic when she saw this.
Bought this for my wife for our anniversary and she loves it. Not to mention it comes with online training classes to learn how to use it correctly.

I bought this from Amazon US. The machine is good in quality. When I received the machine, I checked it and found a manufacturing fault, due to which I had to return it. I also made a video of the fault, but there is no option to upload it on the return page or the review page here. Earlier, I had ordered 4432 model heavy duty shaving machine from Amazon US. It also had a manufacturing fault, due to which I returned it. There is no service support for this machine in Saudi Arabia, so that it can be repaired onsite. Therefore, through this review, I request the seller to open the box of the machine before dispatch and get it properly checked by an expert so that any future problem can be solved and both the seller and the buyer can save time. This machine is delivered here ten days after the order and if we return it, then the further process takes another ten days, due to which valuable time of both parties is wasted.
