A beast of a servo
The media could not be loaded. In the course of reviewing this servo I discovered my servo test controller wasn't outputting a full PWM range, so the test you see here was done with a function generator instead, with the servo powered at 10 volts. The speed is pretty good for such a heavy servo and the torque is really impressive.

Decent Big Servo
It is somewhat low profile, and has worked well in my big 1/5 car that dropped a servo. Not super fast, but also not all that expensive.

Hard to find 18Tooth spline round horns.
A basic no frill servo, I haven't used it very long, and can't locate any 18T round metal horns that will fit. For the torque ratio it needs metal not the cheap accessories that came with. I would recommend buying a 25T spline servo...that's if you can for the (150Kg), 12dc voltage and reasonable price range. The engineers seem to have missed the mark on this one. Maybe seconds or bad QA who knows?
