Medium… but My Nose Disagrees
This Pace Medium Queso Blanco Cheese Dip tastes really good—creamy, flavorful, and great with chips. But let’s talk about the “medium” part for a second. It’s got more kick than I expected. Not unbearable, but spicy enough that my nose was still running by the end of the bowl. So if you’re sensitive to heat, just know this medium leans a little bold. That said, the flavor is solid and I kept eating it anyway, runny nose and all. I’d buy it again, just with a stack of napkins nearby.

Poor Refrigerator Shelf Life Once Opened
For flavor this is 5 Stars and a repeat buy. For consistency after open it becomes watery by the 2d day and that earns it only 1 Star.
