Amazing product!!!!
Ordered this and wore it for the first time 4 days after an emergency c section. Was a bit apprehensive but SO pleasantly surprised! It was a bit scary initially putting it on in case it touched my scar but there was no need to be. It doesn’t put only pressure on the actual scar. Very comfortable. Help keep everything feel tucked in and help my stomach muscles feel tucked in and stronger. I wear it everyday comfortably and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone why has had a section! Money well spent!!!!

Comfortable fit
Really comfortable, helped with pain relief. Only issue, You can't wear it every day as it needs to be washed. Too expensive to buy a few to change into. Helped right after surgery.

Not for me
I bought these leading up to my c section as I wanted to recover well both physically and cosmetically. I didn’t really use them, too much effort to put on shortly after c/section, but did help my sore organs feel supported the first night when I put it on. Minimal hold in terms of sucking you in under clothes. A hassle to use the toilet when it’s on. I only wore these 2-3 times and ended up taking them off not long afterwards, but my wound and my body healed fine without it so I feel like wasted my money.

... so wearing with leggings or tight jeans leaves really bad VPL. They do give a sense of support ...
They are well made but I feel they cut in around the leg area so wearing with leggings or tight jeans leaves really bad VPL. They do give a sense of support but just not flattering under clothes.

Great recovery panty!
I really liked my c-panties. My wound was so sensitive after having a cesarean and I couldn’t wear any undies or pants comfortably as they rubber right near the incision. The c-panties were such a relief to have post-recovery. The silicone was really cooling and protected my scar and the panties tucked everything in nicely, without being too tight or uncomfortable. They work exactly as stated - sliming, supportive and helped hold it all together.

Disappointing
Really disappointed with this product, it’s pretty much a glorified tummy tucker pant in my opinion. The fabric rolls down at the top making it uncomfortable, the compression I felt didn’t really offer me much support and didn’t notice any benefits of the silicone strip. Felt the product made the whole area feel hot which isn’t good for avoiding infections. Would not buy again due to above factors.

Sizing on small side
Great product to hold my stomach in and practice kegels. I’m now 10days post c-section and feel comfortable to turn in bed and walking outside. I wasn’t initially sure what size to order and found information confusing on manufacturer website vs people’s reviews. Went for people reviews comments and made a decision. I’m usually UK size 10-12 but bought bigger size of these (L-XL). These give me little compression but not too much. It does feel tight around my legs but happy anywhere else. I feel I made right decision and bought these “bigger”.

Use you maternity pay to get these bad boys, they’re worth every penny!
They’re expensive but ohhhh so worth it, they took away the horrendous aching feeling away that comes with the first week of c section. I’m on day 4 postpartum with baby number 4 and I can’t believe how tiny my tum is and it also trims down the floppy tum I’ve been left with. Expensive but if you use them every day for the entire 6-8 weeks and you don’t have the issues that wearing normal underwear brings then happy days!

I bought these to wear after my second c-section. With a newborn and a toddler at home to take care of I was willing to try any product that might make my recovery a little faster. I am SO glad that I got them! This panty was one of the best things I had after my c-section. It fits comfortably and provides a good level of compression throughout the abdominal area. I was afraid that it was going to hurt to wear these immediately after surgery but I started wearing mine as soon as I was released from the hospital (4 days PP) with no discomfort from the panty at all. I was also concerned about the small silicone panel that is designed to cover the incision but it turned out that I didn't need to worry at all as that area is just as comfortable as the rest. These have been especially nice to have at night when finding a comfortable sleeping position can be tricky. I used these in a rotation with a postpartum support band and I feel like they were very helpful in achieving a smooth and speedy recovery. I am currently 4 weeks postpartum and now in the awkward "my maternity pants are way too big but my pre-pregnancy pants are pretty tight" stage, so I still wear these to help smooth everything out underneath my clothes for a better look and fit. The high waist stays put and doesn't roll down or slip. Keep in mind that these are hand wash/line dry only, but they are very easy to wash and the material dries quickly. I followed the sizing guide provided by Upspring and went with the L/XL (I'm 5'4" and a pre-preg size 12 AND managed to gain a good 40 lbs during pregnancy. I miss you already, carbs!) and have been happy with the fit. I definitely would recommend these to any c-section mamas looking for postpartum support and comfort. Best wishes to all the new mamas, I hope you find these as comfy and helpful as I have!
