Easy to install if you don’t mind improvising
The installation instructions were written by someone who thinks that you can read their mind. It mentions previous steps to follow that are not included anywhere in the manual. Mechanical ability and common sense should get you there. Watch a different manufacturer’s YouTube video and you will be able to make it work. A little concerned about the longevity of the spring clips. I think I will try to get some spare ones from the mfg for back up.

Life changing!
I can't believe the difference this makes when pulling a camper. I used this to pull out 23' camper 6400 miles across the country with my 2017 Ford Expedition. Never had an issue. Once you get it set up right, you barely notice you're pulling anything!

I like this hitch. Easy to assemble and the pivoting arm system is too easy.

It seems to help.
Took about an hour to install. Levels out the truck and trailer, feels a lot easier to tow and keeps my 1500 Silverado from jumping gears and controls trailer sway. Definitely worth the price!!

This hitch was not manufactured properly
I have been installing trailer hitches since 1976.This hitch was designed totally wrong for installation and use.It was evidently copied incorrectly from a fine hitch that works well.

Instructions are pretty much useless
Took way too long to install since the directions are pretty much useless and make no sense. Look at the pictures closely in the instruction manual that’s your only hope. Definitely would have been helpful to have an install video, but couldn’t find one. Overall it’s decent quality but instructions may have well been written in Chinese. 😐

Pins keep breaking
I have pulled my trailer twice with this and both times the pins have snapped not happy
