A clever design.
I bought this for my dad who tires easily when on walks. It's lightweight and with increased use, I expect it will smoothly convert to the chair (right now, it's a bit rough to transform it from cane to chair). Sturdily supports a 150 lb person with no difficulties. The flashlight option is thoughtful, but probably not necessary.I recommend this.

Three issues.
Three things: 1) there are no instructions as to how to put in the bottom feet. I had to figure it out myself. 2) the light is VERY dim (I also had to figure out how to get the 2AA in the handle). 3) I sat down on it and I didn't feel so safe, even though there was no wobbling. It felt like the legs were not spread out far enough.

Only one drawback...
The first cane with a seat that I bought (same company) was a three-leg, and it was much less stable. In fact, I was afraid to sit on it, so I returned it and got this four-leg instead. It's sturdy, stable, and lightweight. As for that drawback, I have arthritic hands, and I have had trouble at times opening it up to the seating position. We'll hit it with some WD-40 one of these days, but we're old and forgetful. I'm confident that will improve things.

Ok if you’re small
The light came broken, but I honestly didn’t care because I just needed this to sit in while I get my wheelchair out of the car and put together. I got this product because of the weight limit and not being able to find Canes with seats that would provide extra support. I like that this one has four legs and not three like others. However, it must’ve been put together incorrectly with the holes being at different heights because anytime I use it, It shifts to the right and literally collapsed under me and caused me to fall. Picking up my wheelchair, only adds 20 pounds which is still 50 pounds under the weight limit. I weigh 225 pounds. Be careful!

Sturdy
Bought this for my 93 year old Dad for Father's day and he loves it. Thinking about buying me one. It's very sturdy and well built.

A walk in the park
The cane/seat is sturdy and lightweight (2.5 lbs), however, it is awkward to use for walking. The seat is comfortable and large enough to sit on comfortably. The cane comes with a padded seat cover that adds to the comfort. I do like the 4 legs instead of 3 which adds to the stability.

Good for taller person
The light will not go on upon delivery and I still haven’t figured out how to open to put a new battery in. There is nothing in the instruction sheet. I’m not too sure about using this as a cane since it’s in the larger side, and not especially light. The adjustable legs are great because it can be put to a taller persons comfortable level.
